The Planview Admin sign-in page allows users to authenticate into Planview Admin or its connected applications.
First-time Sign-in
In order to sign in to Planview Admin, you will need:
- a valid email address
- your organization's subdomain
- a username (if your organization enabled usernames)
- a password (if your organization is configured to use passwords)
If you are missing any of those items, please contact your administrator.
Signing in with a password
To sign in with your password:

Enter your email address and click Continue.

Enter your organization's subdomain and click Continue. This is only required if you belong to multiple organizations or you used a URL without a subdomain to navigate to Planview Admin.

Click Sign-in with Password.

If you have a username, enter it and your password in their respective fields. If your organization did not enable usernames, enter your password.

Click Sign-in.
If you were signing directly into Planview Admin, you will see your organization's Overview page. If you were signing in to a connected Planview product via a separate URL or bookmark, you will be taken to that page in the product.
Signing in with SSO
If your organization is configured to use SSO for authentication, you can use your IdP portal to open and sign in to Planview Admin. If you instead want to open Planview Admin from your browser, you will need to open the sign-in page.
To sign in with SSO:

Enter your email address and click Continue.

Enter your organization's subdomain and click Continue. This is only required if you belong to multiple organizations or you used a URL without a subdomain to navigate to Planview Admin.

Click Sign in with SSO.
This opens your IdP's sign-in mechanism and you will continue the sign-in process there. If you were signing directly into Planview Admin, you will see your organization's Overview page. If you were signing in to a connected Planview product via a separate URL or bookmark, you will be taken to that page in the product.
Returning Sign-in
Planview Admin saves your information in your browser to streamline future sign-ins. In order for this to work, your browser must be configured to accept and save browser cookies. Since your information is saved on your browser, you will need to go through the first-time sign-in process again if you switch to a different browser or a different device.
After your first sign-in, the sign-in page changes to display your account and the status of the of the account. If your session on that account is active, you can click on the account and sign into Planview Admin without reauthenticating. If you are signed out of the account, you can click on the account to sign back in. Each account you use will be listed on the page.
Using the persistent sign-in page
To sign in to Planview Admin from the persistent sign-in page:

Open Planview Admin in a browser where you previously signed in.

Click on the account you want to sign in to. If you actively signed in, you will be taken to Planview Admin.

If you are currently signed out of the account, select the method you use to sign in to the account. Selecting Sign in with SSO will take you to your IDP's authentication.

If you selected Sign in with Password, enter your credentials and password and click Sign In.
If you were signing directly into Planview Admin, you will see your organization's Overview page. If you were signing in to a connected Planview product via a separate URL or bookmark, you will be taken to that page in the product.
Adding accounts to the persistent sign-in page
To add an account to Planview Admin from the persistent sign-in page:

Open Planview Admin in a browser where you previously signed in.

Click Add new account.

Sign in to the account following the first-time sign-in process.
If you were signing directly into Planview Admin, you will see your organization's Overview page. If you were signing in to a connected Planview product via a separate URL or bookmark, you will be taken to that page in the product.
The next time you sign in, the new account will appear on the persistent sign-in page.
Removing accounts from the persistent sign-in page
To removee an account to Planview Admin from the persistent sign-in page:

Open Planview Admin in a browser where you previously signed in.

Click on the three-dot icon to the right of the account you want to remove.

Click Forget this user.
The account will be removed from the persistent sign-in page.
Troubleshooting
Forgot password
To reset a forgotten password:

Enter your email address and click Continue.

Enter your organization's subdomain and click Continue. This is only required if you belong to multiple organizations or you used a URL without a subdomain to navigate to Planview Admin.

Click Help me sign in.

Enter your email address again and complete the CAPTCHA.

Click Reset Password.
A password reset link will be sent to your email. Check your email for the link.
Forgot username
For security purposes, we do not include a method to recover a forgotten username. Please contact your administrator for assistance.
Forgot subdomain
