SSO Certificate Settings Test

On Wednesday October 23, 2024, at 10pm CDT (UTC-5) Planview Operations team will perform a certificate rotation on the Planview Admin Service Provider (SP) certificate. 

 Your IT department must assess if your IdP configuration requires the Planview Admin SP certificate. If your IdP does not require it, then you do not need to do anything else.

To help you determine if your organization may be affected by this change, you can test your settings with the procedure below.

To test if your IdP settings need to change:

1. Click on one of the URLs below. You should click on the URL that corresponds to your region.
   • https://us.id.planview.com/api/loginsso/test?certIndex=1
   • https://eu.id.planview.com/api/loginsso/test?certIndex=1
   • https://ap.id.planview.com/api/loginsso/test?certIndex=1 

If you see SSO sign in was successful!, then you do not need to take any further actions. If you see an error message, from either Planview Admin or your IdP, contact your IT department to update your IdP settings. We have a guide on how to do this on this page.
