Planview Advisor Release Notes - Q2 2025
The following updates were made available for Planview Advisor during the second quarter of 2025. Since updates are applied on a per-customer basis, you may not see these changes in your instance of Planview Advisor. If there is an update you want applied to your instance, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Engagement Management.
Liveform
- Fixed the Choice comparison button, which now works.
- Added additional font family support and handling in Excel exports.
Cheatsheet
- Non-user-defined field columns are no longer marked as editable.
- Added warning in portfolio User Defined Fields configuration about color domain changes being applied across portfolios for System User Defined Fields.
- Fixed an issue where dragging presets between folders caused presets to indent and group unexpectedly.
- Fixed an issue with exporting brick charts in layouts to editable PowerPoint objects.
- Invalid grouping options no longer show up under the ‘Group By’ control for Bar Charts.
- Table variance bar blocks do not render incorrectly when entire column domain is zero or less than zero.
- Bar/By Year charts deltas now take into account custom series sort.
- Fixed an issue with target line legends using the wrong line color or generating an unrelated item in the legend.
User Creation/Configuration Page
- Improved error message about insufficient user licenses.
Workspace Management
- Fixed an issue with input removal button not showing up.
Portfolio Configuration Page
- Fixed an issue with the table for Edit Portfolio Contents rendering condensed with no items included.

- Further updated security components.
