Workspaces Management

The Workspaces Management page is available to administrators and allows them to access the management pages of each workspace currently available in Planview Advisor. It also allows administrators to switch between workspaces to edit or publish changes from that workspace.

To open the Workspaces Management page:
  1. Click on the Admin tab.
  2. Under Projects and Users, click Workspaces Management.

The Workspaces Management page opens and a list of available workspaces appears. The current workspace is displayed in dark text while other workspaces are displayed in a lighter text. Clicking on a workspace opens its management page. You can only make changes to the current workspace.

To switch the current workspace:
  1. In the Workspaces Management page, click on a workspace that is not your current workspace.
  2. Click Make Current Workspace at the top of the page next to the workspace's name.

The workspace is now your current workspace. You can edit the changes to the workspace or publish them.
