Process Inputs - Allocations (no work completed)

There are 3 Options for allocations effort:
Respect Finish Dates: Unfinished work will be compressed to the next period, up to max. utilization. Slippage occurs when effort > max. util.
Respect Duration and Profiles: Unfinished work will be shifted to the following period while maintain the profile and the task is lightly to slip.
Expire Effort and Respect Finish Dates: Unfinished work prior to Time Now will expire. This option results in the allocations expiring in a very similar manner as reserves.
