Gantt chart replacement on the Release Schedule page

The Release Schedule page’s scheduling engine (Bryntum, built on Ext JS) has been replaced with Planview’s own Gantt component (pv-gantt).
Why this change was necessary: Bryntum’s legacy Ext JS product line has reached end-of-life from the vendor — it no longer receives security patches, bug fixes, or compatibility updates. Continuing to run it carries accumulating, unmitigated risk with no vendor support available at any price. This migration removes that dependency.
Benefit: Improves the performance, security, and stability of the Release Schedule page, and puts it on a actively-maintained foundation for future functionality.

Data access framework upgrade

The application’s data access layer has been migrated from Entity Framework 6 (EF6) to Entity Framework Core (EF Core).

Benefit: Improves performance and keeps Release & Verify on a modern, actively supported platform.

Security vulnerability fixes

Third-party components were updated to resolve reported security vulnerabilities.

Benefit: Keeps Release & Verify aligned with current security standards and reduces risk.
