NEW! Check out our Quick Wins to see how the Team Kanban module can empower your teams' collaboration, time to delivery, and work visibility!

Ensuring a Successful Roll-out

As the LeanKit owner/administrator, you have a key role in making sure your organization gets off to a great start. Good thing getting started with LeanKit is easy! Setting up a user account only takes a couple of minutes, and users can start visualizing work and executing on tasks instantly. To make onboarding even smoother, we offer a variety of enablement and adoption resources for you and your team(s) to leverage. And, as always, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) is here to support you on your FLEX journey.

Provisioning New Users

The best way to get started is to provision new users, which grants your team members the proper access they need to do their jobs quickly and easily in LeanKit. There are four ways to create new users in LeanKit:

  1. You can bulk import a list of users into LeanKit through .CSV file.
  2. You can manage user provisioning through a connection with your organization's identity management system
  3. Account administrators can manually create new users within LeanKit.
  4. Account administrators can invite new users to the account from within a specific board.

Your Adoption Journey

Next, you should follow the path outlined below, leveraging all the available resources to help enable your teams. Your CSM is here to support you along the way, so please contact them if you have any questions.
