Overview

A strategy portfolio based report that shows status and data on the projects associated to the programs and initiatives in the portfolio. Report is equivalent to WRK02, but is based on a strategic portfolio.

Administration: User Parameter Configuration

Parameters Description Configuration Options Default/Example Settings
Primary Attribute (Pie Attribute) Any strategy single select strategic alternates structure that has been enabled in Attribute properties to be “Available in Configurable Charts”. This will determine the default primary (pie chart) attribute that is selected when the dashboard and report open. Set this to a key attribute for the customer.
Chart colors will be based on the attribute charting options.		 pie_attribute=wbs709_plan
Bar Chart Grouping Any strategy single select strategicalternates structure that has been enabled in Attribute properties to be “Available in Analyze Charts”. This will determine the default bar chart stack attribute that is selected when the dashboard and report open. Administration: Hidden Parameter Configuration

Parameters Description Configuration Options Default/Example Settings
Table Columns The selected primary attribute and grouping attribute in the parameter selection will automatically be displayed as the first two columns in the table. 
The values in the config structure define the two columns before strategy name, and two columns after stategy name		 Two columns available before the strategy name and it is recommended that SBS parent levels are used in these columns.

 Report Title Configurable report title that appears at the top of the report.
