Accessing Enterprise Architecture from hibernation mode

Planview will automatically put Enterprise Architecture into hibernation mode after 6 months of inactivity.  To access EA, please submit a support case with the subject "Re-enable Enterprise Architecture."  Please allow up to 48 working hours for the service to become available.
