Accessing Enterprise Architecture from hibernation mode

Planview may automatically pause the Enterprise Architecture service after period of inactivity.  To access EA, please submit a support case with the subject "Re-enable Enterprise Architecture."  Please allow up to 48 working hours for the service to become available.  During a pause, the system is inaccessible, therefore data is unaffected.  A screenshot of what a user will see is shown below.
