Does it allow you to set the default to 0%? 0% Default utilization is not supported, since that would equate to 0 effort. Only values from 1-100 % will be supported. 
What is the benefit/use case for lowering the default % Utilization? Some of our customers would prefer not to have 100% be the default Utilization, as it can cause resource management problems if the user adds and doesn’t realize 100% is the default or neglects to change. This allows the initial default to be something other, such as 80%, which can be safer for organizations. NOTE that you do not have to change the default from 100%; if you are happy with this default value, great!
Not currently using Portfolios (Daptiv user). We have 400+ line item task plans so we do not plan by Task. Is there the ability to do Fixed Duration where the dates do not change based on who is assigned? The schedule logic in Work and Assignments in Portfolios works in this way. Duration does NOT change based on assigning a resource.
For the EA Demo just performed - is the thought here Ideas funnel first through EA and then get generated into Planview Portfolios? Or simply correlating Strategies occurs within EA versus Portfolio? Yes the thought here is to begin the process of creating strategies within EA first the generate them into Portfolios.

Will the product switcher be implemented across all products or just AgilePlace?  Is there a timeline for that if it will be? Hi Claire, yes we plan to implement it across all products. It will come iteratively during this year.

Is there a way to globally turn on the new Public Documents widget, or must it be done workspace by workspace? At the moment this is only turned on workspace by workspace.

So PV Master is NOT going away The PVMASTER ID will remain. We know that some customers use it for a number of different use cases;

SO when I open a case I now have an additional back and forth (i.e. delay) while we do the users setup for every individual support tech? The consultant assigned to a case will request, via the case that an ID is created. We ask that you make sure one of your Administrators is the case owner/collaborator and is able to respond to the request to create an ID. If case needs to be handed off to another consultant then we'll plan for this, requesting an ID.
Can we also use these Admin IDs for work not related to a PVCC ticket? These seats are provided ONLY for the creation of Support IDs for Planview personel working with you. This is the wording that will be shown on the Order Form for these seats;

Is this support user set up ready now or in the May Release There is no dependency on the May 2023 release for this process change. Most customers will see the additional seats already deployed in their licence count and the "Planview Support User" role created.

Why did you decide to make the change on not using PVMaster and having customer admins set up passwords? We want the auditability of knowing who has logged on to your environment from Planview.

How will copying a database from one environment to another work without pvmaster? Usually all user access is disabled in the environment that was refreshed except for pvmaster. PVMASTER remains for you to use if you want to manually reset passwords for users after a database copy.

We would recommend an alternative apporach - utilize the option to allow users (who are not using SSO) to reset their password. This is enabled via the Global Option: Allow Users to Reset Passwords

A link appears on the log in page if this is enabled and a user can enter their email and the databaase they want to access and a password reset link will be sent to them via email.
So we should set up the Planview Support next week? It kind of seems like it's not ready yet is that correct? We are asking all customers to move to this new process ASAP.
When will the restriction of leaving portfolios be amended so administrators can leave portfolios? We are working on this and will be in a an upcoming release.
Will you be enabling 'leave portfolio' option for Global administrators as well within Planview Portfolios? If yes, what would be a tentative timeline for release? Yes, this will be in an upcoming release.
Does the default % help with part time workers? No, this will not impact part-time workers, as their capacity is determined by Calender.

When will the documentation for the Resource Dashboard be available Documentation will be available when the dashboard is released, hopefully June 2023.
Is there a way to see what allocations were not changed from default? Today, seeing the 100% can be a tell that person did not update the allocation. When using a lower default, this becomes harder to see from just looking at the number? There is no indicator if default % utilization has been modified or not, however, similarly as you explain, when new default is set that number can be used to compare and determine if it's been updated or not. Furthermore, this new setting is available, however, if not updated, your default would continue to be 100%. 
If Projects are associated to Strategies in Portfolios, does that not automatically synchronize without the connector? Connector into EA With the current connector it does not automatically synchronize strategies from Portfolios to EA.
With the addition of bulk editing, has there been issues with performance and making the bulk editing changes? We have not seen any impact to performance due to bulk edit functionality.
