Do we need to enable "Include in Portfolio Definition" for all the Alternate Structures going forward? The "Include in Portfolio Definition" checkbox will be enabled by defaul when you create a new Alt. Structure.
Will we be able to add Associated Requests to our enhanced screens? Yes, we released in March 2023 Internal Links for Associated Requests for Work, Strategy, and Outcome entities.
Any idea in the pipeline for calculating % Utilization (in RES06 for example) based on the actual calendar month rather than Time Now plus 30 days? Hi Robert... nothing specific on the pipeline to modify RES06 specifically but the new feature planned for admin utilization could bring some changes to the way we calculate utilization in the reports. we will definitely keep everyone updated
Will there be an option to apply the same custom fields across all boards? This is a change we’re considering for the future

Is Roadmaps able to utilise Milestone Information from Planview Portfolios? We have not connected to Planview Portfolios yet, but in the future, we plan to utilize milestone information from Portfolios.
Since there is a drive to be more consistent across products, will the icon for the switcher change in portfolios and change location?  Surprised that it looks different in AgilePlace than what is already in place for Portfolios. Yes, the icon and placement for the product switcher will change when implemented in Portfolios. We are planning to implement the product switcher also within ProjectPlace and Roadmaps shortly.
does the user you share the link with have to be a member of your ProjectPlace environment? No, they do not need to have any ProjectPlace account.
Are you thinking in sync/integrate Agileplace to Adaptivework?, any time soon? It is something that is being considered for the future
When will PowerBI tiles be available on Work Entity in addition to Work Portfolio? We are looking to be able to do individual project reporting, PSR, CRI using a company specific template. If you wouldn't mind emailing us (Planview product management) any further details and examples for what you are looking for, we'll see if we can include it in our Launch Pad or other feature planning as possible.
To confirm, if the user becomes deactivated will they automatically be removed from the report recipient list? Yes, correct, the assumption is this will include only active users

For the ProjectPlace Boards calendar, will moving a Card to a day set/change its Start Date? Yes, the dates will be updated.

With the PP question you just answered, you said the end date would change as well.  How will that work?  Are you adding a duration field? Based on the start and due date of the card there is an implicit duration for the card. Once the card is dragged on the calendar the dates are adjusted taking that duration into account.
The new functionality for Porfolios is in addition to what we have today and existing functionality around support tickets/work in Portfolios will remain the same? Yes, the requests enhancements is in addition, there is no change to existing functionality around support tickets/work in Portfolios.
For Admin setting for default % Utilization targetted for May, will we be able to participate in beta or lab testing? This will be in the release automatically. 100% is still the default, but you can override it for future use.
Can you explain a little what the Planview Launch labs is about? I may have missed that. Planview Launch Pads is a new feature that should enable you to access common Planview elements and perform quick actions in a single place, such as a new graphical overview page after login and entity-level overview pages. It should support your different roles to quickly and eaisly review and take action on their most important and relevant tasks immediately.
