Will copying the board from one workspace to another also copy the dependencies?  I did not see them called out in the slide. No they will not be copied over as of now. This will however be something that we will revisit later on.
In Workload tool will the availbilty to select all of one persons assignments again and transfer them all at one time (unable to check the box next to their name now) It is possible to transfer all assignments to a single workspace at a time. Access the ‘Transfer assignment’ option for a workspace. We will soon be releasing the functionality to transfer single/individual assignments.

Right now there is no way to transfer all the assignment for a member.
When using the board copy in Projectplace will the comment 'other settings' include custom fields? No, custom fields will not be included in the boards copy across workspaces. 
With copying a board, is there any plans to be able to copy a full template board (linked to PPM) Yes, we do have the plans to create a full boards template functionality.
