Is there a way to remove the assignment expirations warning from project  tasks that do not have any assignments on them? PMs get frustrated on how long it takes to mark a task 100% complete We are looking to update that modal text, because it is intended to warn against the potential loss of more than just allocations, as changing to 100% complete also removes scheduled start and finish dates. This confirmation modal came out of our enhancement campaign as many customers wanted this warning because of the removal consequences which their users did not realize. 
Delay to just portfolios or EA as well? Because these release together, both EA and Portfolios July releases are delayed.
This is the release to Production correct? This delay will impact both Sandbox and Production deployments.
Our CC release date for our sandbox is the 2nd Thursday of the month. Does this mean that we will recieve the update to our sandbox as expected on 7/13 since it's the second Thursday or does the delay in releasing impact everyone's schedule as well? There will be some impacts to pre-scheduled continuous cloud deployments. Look for updates via the status page (status.planview.com) or communications through support cases and cloud ops for additional details soon. Thank you.
We are scheduled for a 6/29 Sandbox install, did that push out a week as well? Sorry for the confusion! Just want to make sure I have my Sandbox and Prod installs to Portfolios correct. We anticipate that by the time 6/29 rolls around we'll have the schedule back on track and that late in the month we'll be operating as normal. What is included in Financial Business Cases (Q3 2023)? Financial Business Cases is a new screen on Outcomes/Product Portfolios, and is similar to Financial Planning Detail but with formulas to do common Business Case math, e.g. (ASP - COGS)*Volume to produce revenue and profit forecasts. We'll have a demo in the next Product Release Webinar.
Partial Plan sync, will that work for connected Portfolios, ProjectPlace templates as well? Yes, and it is reccomended to manage this via templates, so when new work is created the visibility will be already defined.
Is "Data Loss Prevention" a feature across all products like EA? Right now it is only available for ProjectPlace.
What happens if our corporate policy is to restrict ChatGPT, will this function of chatbot be able to be turned off to honor our corporate policy? Yes, it will be possible to disable the functionality.
Or maybe if we restrict it then if a user tries to access the chatbot it will get our own internal restriction message?  Not sure Security is even more top of mind than usual for this new technology. We'll make sure this is on a feature flag so there is no need for messages at all.
Can you clarify the auto archive of workspaces. You mentioned for on hold projects in Portfolios? I would have expected this to be for closed or completed projects and not on hold. Thanks for the feedback. We will look into this as we iterate the solution.
For Roadmaps when will connectivity with Portfolios be available? We are targeting end of year.
Is there a release to Portfolios Sandbox today that was scheduled for 6/29? We're assuming this is your scheduled June 2023 deployment? If so we are also halting June deployments given the issue we're looking at in July. The new calendar view on boards, can you plan by due date instead of planned start date? Yes, it is possible to visualize the card in the calendar view using either start date and end date. It’s also possible to visualize using both.
