How is this different from past assessments Planview has offered?
Our adoption and capabilities assessment is focused on organizational readiness and is product-agnostic. While our modernization journey workshops utilized a project portfolio management modernization assessment form that focused on the features and functions of your tools, this exercise is designed to help you identify gaps across your ecosystem and build a measurable success plan based on a true understanding of where you are now, and where you want to take your organization.

This is a team effort and requires a desire to learn and grow. This assessment will dive into the setup of your technological solution (the way Planview is configured) and your organizational readiness.
- Your system administrator should be able to answer the technology-related questions.
- Leadership, business sponsors, and process owners will also play a key role in answering the organizational questions.
It’s critical that this assessment be conducted in a safe, respectful environment so that individuals can be open and honest with their feedback.
