How does an organization get onto Planview Administration and what is REST API? It would be good to send out an email for us to be able to understand some of these concepts. To get onto Planview Admin, simply submit a Support Case and Customer Care will set you up. REST API is an industry standard way to integrate applications. It uses JSON as the format and is more flexible, easier to use, and more compatible with certain other software applications than SOAP.
Don't know what REST APIs are.  What is this? REST API's are technical web services that our customers can use to integrate Portfolios with other systems, tools, products etc. An integration platform basically.
Will the "Read Work" REST API read financial data for the project (or at minimum - specific subtotal attributes) ? Yes! Financial columns will be included for projects.
Is the Table Row Dec 2023 or is that a type-o and should be 2022? The Table Row Filter Highlighting should actually be available in Dec 2022, thank you for catching the typo! We'll be demoing it in our release webinar this Thursday, December 1st.
Any plans to convert CRI detail to enhanced screens? We will be covering some exciting Coming in 2023 topics towards the end of the webinar, one of which should include some updates related to today's CRIs.
EA Metamodel Migration tool - is that going to be delivered at all? Yes, that it is absolutely still on our list, and it will be worked on in the current Program Increment planning that goes through early February, but will not be productized and made available to customers until later in 2023.
What is happening with EA IdeaPlace ideas? Dominique just very recently updated the EA Enhancements campaign to provide a more structured stage progression for helping to both prioritize and provide visibility. Do you think we will, in the future, integrate Microsoft Teams with ProjectPlace to conduct online meetings? We currently do not have integration with Microsoft Teams for the online meetings function in ProjectPlace on our roadmap. We could still consider it for the future and we encourage users that are interested in this to vote on this idea in the ProjectPlace Ideas portal.
About card automation, will it support multiple boards ? Like Action on Board A will have an impact on Board B ? Card automation currently supports Card automation in multiple boards through parent-child actions/triggers or sending work to different boards. It won't however support the ability to watch "board a" for specific event then do specific event on "board c" for example.
Is data loss prevention for documents possible in AgilePlace? or does it already exist? Data Loss Prevention for Documents is only being developed for ProjectPlace and is not available for AgilePlace today.
Hi how can I get into sentiment analysis for portfolios and projectplace early? we are heavy projectplace users and this can be valuable for us We have Sentiment Analysis in Labs for Portfolios now, if you'd like to participate please submit a Support Case to have Sentiment Analysis enabled in your sandbox and also register for the Labs inner circle: https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/i...u_JDYw3MWX-dQ$ . The registration link should give you access to the workspace where we have a supporting material. ProjectPlace Sentiment Analysis is targeted within this Program Increment and will also be introduced in Labs when ready.
Will REST API's have an impact to exisiting API's in place? There is no impact to existing SOAP services. We're developing REST isolated from those existing legacy web services. In addition we do not plan on turning off those legacy SOAP services as we roll out new REST API's. 
Will we be able to map PP custom fields to fields in PPM? We would love to add this to the ProjectPlace connector for sure. It is not currently committed timeline wise but definitely frequently heard feedback for a connected use case and we have it on our backlog for future prioritization.
Will the API's allow data to flow between Planview modules more easily, i.e. between change and work? Not really the intention of the REST API's as those are intended to be integration capabilities for 3rd party/non-planview systems.
I want virual board that is infinite scroll down of all my tasks in Agileplace as listed under My Cards but in context of their board lanes - would that be possible :-) We don't have anything in the immediate roadmap around this topic, however we will be looking into improving the home page experience in AgilePlace starting in 2023, and we encourage you to add this suggestion to the upcoming AgilePlace enhancement campaign to see if it gains momentum among other users, which should be available here within the second week of December: https://e1.spigit.com/main/Page/AppHome
Can Planview integrate with Primavera? We don't have any out-of-the-box integration with Primavera. These types of integrations are typically set up with the help of our Professional Services team.
Can we have a simple Spotlight kind search to filter tasks quickly - the current search is too many clicks - have that as advanced search? Any planned uplift to Enterprise Architecture UI/UX....just adding an application and linking it to a business function or project (investment) is challenging. Yes, we do have plans to continue work on uplifting the UI/UX for Enterprise Architecture in 2023. There will be an inner circle session for Enterprise Architecture in Q1 2023, this is a good opportunity to join and share your feedback!
We have three standard activities defined today in Portfolios: Administration, Non-working and Personal Transformation. Is there a way we can add some kind of help text with all these standard activities so that the time reporters are easily able to identify the correct bucket while they report time. For example: A help text against Administration telling the time reporters about the following:
IT staff meetings
IT Townhalls
IT related meetings (not related to specific application/project/consulting/experiment activities)
Travel (not related to specific projects or support/base activities)"
Unfortunately there is not a way to add descriptive text at this time. An alternative would be to break these down further, such as "Admin - IT Staff Meeting", "Admin - IT Townhall", and so on, if the additional options wouldn't be too much overhead for your users. Or, you could change the option label to include examples, such as "Admin (IT meetings or travel)", being careful not to exceed the 50 character limit. Will the Rest APIs allow for simplified exporting of data from PV E1?  If not, is there anything in the works for this so that data can be used easier with 3rd party tools?
