Enterprise One Q&As - January 2023 Release Webinar

Question Answer
Can this Formula Calculator be used on Units?  If so, anything with rates and units? Yes, Formula Calculator can be used with Units and Rates within the Financial Planning Detail. NOTE: the Formula Calculator is only available when viewing Monthly data.
does the formula calculator have undo capability?  Is there any audit trail of the changes? No, at this time there is no Undo or Audit trail for changes. This is something that is on our list for future consideration.
Can you use the Formula Calculator to push out existing cost to future period (think a project that is being delayed at year so you want to move the costs entered from 2023 to 2024 without having to retype everything)? No, unfortunatly, Formula Calculator does not support shifting of date. However, that is a great idea and we will capture as as an enhancment. As a possible workaround (depending on the use case), the "Shift Financial Plan" under the plan's version may be an option to consider (although this will not shift only a single plan line).
Is Portfolios streamlined menus still targeted for Q2 april? Hard to adopt some of the changes in 1Q knowing this bigger change is coming and want to consolidate change management activities. Thanks! Yes, it is still in progress and targeted for Q2…we’ll show in the Coming Soon section once we have a firmer release month target.
When selecting multiple cards when there be more options to add to all the selected cards? (e.g.  like attaching documents to multiple cards at a time) No, we don't near future plans to add this, but please do submit an enhancement.
If my organization does not want to allow users to use formulas, will I be able to disable this feature? There is not a way to restrict users from using this feature right now.
