| What is the ETA for the 2023 Release schedule? | Our teams are working on publishing webinar and release schedule for 2023 by end of this month. |
| When will we have WIP limits back in place? | We don’t have a timeline for reintroducing User WIP Limits yet. We will be introducing Team WIP limits as part of the Agile Teams capability though. We are targeting Q2/Q3 for supporting Team WIP limits |
| What is a client in context of Rest APIs? | A client is a mechanism to provide credentials for API access tokens that are not named user credentials which adds some security benefits to authorization for the REST APIs. We utilize the industry standard of open source client credential authentication for the OAuth 2 flow. This is the current standard for use for server to server integrations. |
| What are the next steps on the automation actions, we have a use case for the automatic creation of cards on a given schedule, e.g. weekly / bi-weekly / monthly | We are in progress of adding support for scheduled triggers and actions! |
| Enterprise Architecture "Knowledge Center" slide....I'm confused...this was already released in a previous month? | Knowledge center was already in Portfolios. Now it is in "Enterprise Architecture"! |
| Will enhanced configured screens in PV Portfolios be integrated for Requests and CRIs as default view and creation screens? | Enhanced configured screens for Requests are targeted for the next few months, as we get closer to releasing it will be included in Coming Soon. |

| Will the ability to sort by “ready for work” (all predecessors cards are complete) be coming soon to the My Overview My Work section of Grouping/Sorting? | Yes, this feature is planned for the current PI and we hope to have it ready in Jan-Feb |
| Changed to a custom image, but when went to different page and then went back to overview it had changed back to the default gray. Is this a bug? | Yes, we did some changes lately. This bug has been reported and is being worked on right now. You should be able to have this working soon. |
| Is there a plan to allow meetings to be hosted using MicroSoft Teams instead of Zoom? | This isn’t included in our current Roadmap. |
| My company installed PowerBI Desktop October 2022. Is there any know conflicts with using this version with Planview? | You must use the PowerBI Desktop for PowerBI Report Server September 2022 release to create PowerBI reports that you wnat to load into the Portoflios Service as report tiles. |

| Does the upgrade to Power BI Desktop September 2022 from May 2021 require a specific Planview Portfolios version upgrade also? | It does not. Any customer on Release 16 onwards, and all releases since can move to the latest PowerBI Desktop |
| PowerBI Work Dashboard refreshes by itself? | The report is refreshed via a job in a jobstream. The install instructions include this set up step: https://success.planview.com/Planvie...olio_Dashboard |
| Does Planview offer or plan to offer prebuilt PBI reports for Resources? | That is next on the list. We are building it already. |
| I'm wondering, will this dashboard capability be available to teams only using PPM Pro? | This webinar is for our Enterprise products, which doesn't include PPM Pro. If you are using OData and PowerBI with PPM Pro and want to replicate these dashboards as relevant, and don’t have access to Portfolios, please let me (spackebush@planview.com) or the PPM Pro Product Manager, Yessica Archilla (yarchilla@planview.com) know…as Yessica is not on this webinar, please include Sherrill on any emails so she can catch her up! |
| Is there a cost associated with setting up the Work Portfolio Dashboard? | There is no cost for the dashboard. If you need Planview Professional Services to assist you in developing/expanding it then there is a services cost. You can buy Remote Advisory Services hours, or get a statement of work in place. |
| Does Planview Portfolios work with PPM Pro? | Planview Portfolios was formerly known as Enterprise One - PRM. It doesn’t work with PPM Pro; Portfolios is the enterprise level product for portfolio, project/work, and resource management...it is a different product with many more capabilities and configuration options. |
| Do we have to be the most current E1 release for the new BI reports and dashboards to work? | You do not need to be on latest release to use the Work Portfolio Dashboard, but we obviously recommend that you stay as current as possible. |
| Will the link to enable the Portfolio Dashboard video recording along with this webinar recording be sent out after the meeting? | Yes links will be sent. It is all in the CSC, under portfolios > Analytics & Reporting |

| We have Enterprise One from September Release. If we upgrade to December release, will we be going on Portfolios with a new UI or will we need to have some pre-reqs in order to go to that version? | There are some UI enhancements such as Bulk Editing for CRIs and Action Items, but not a completely new UI and there are no pre-reqs to go to the December release.
