Will there be an option to change the default to user ID if we prefer that instead? User ID is still available in the drop down and you can choose to search by User ID instead of the full name.
But will I be able to set that as my default or it will always remain Full Name? Default will always be Full Name. APIs - is there a plan to extend Project (R,U,C) below PPL? There is! We have broken ground on the Work APIs that will cover the work entities below PPL. We already have a Read API out for that, and will be working on Create and Update next.
Any chance for My Tiles and Reports to show on the same page like that we avoid one click? We will have widgets available that get you many of the same functionality you expect with the My Tiles and Reports screen.
For the Dashboard Eric shared, is the layout editable or fixed? It is editable and configurable! What Jonathan is showing for Planview.Me will be the same experience to configure Portfolios Overviews, you simply choose to display the view within Portfolios instead of Planview.Me – you'll see you can totally control the layout and what shows up.
For Planview.me it is configurable by the Admin or users? Or both? As of now it is an administratively managed function. So admin roles are required to build Planview.Me views.
Prior Planview.me communication led me to believe the "standalone" Planview.me would be separate from a "Portfolios" Planview.me. Is that accurate? or will all Planview.me be accessed via the same tile in Planview Admin, even the upcoming Portfolios widgets? Apologies for the confusion – we're working hard to make sure we are framing these items in way that makes it clear. Planview.Me will be accessed through that distinct tile in Planview Admin. Separately, the Overviews demoed earlier are within Portfolios, initially on the My Overviews, Work Portfolio, and Work entity screens. As we said, there are going to be many widgets shared between the two as well so users can access these items in a few areas depending on how/where they work.
Roadmaps had pulled in the color of the cards but in the Roadmap view on screen now does not.  Is that how it would look or would it pull in the card colors? Any formatting that you've set in the roadmap itself will show in the roadmap widget. So if you group by attribute x and color by attribute y in the roadmap, that same grouping and coloring should persist in to the roadmap widget on next refresh of Planview.Me.
For the roadmap view, can we add multiple widgets with filters specifically to show programs/projects under different business? Currently, the Roadmaps widget can only support one roadmap, and you can only add one Roadmap widget per view. In the future we plan to expand that.
Will there ever be "followup" reminder emails to tasks that are aging with users? There are emails sent to users that are assigned to cards when the due date is coming up. We have discussed the ability to enable a 'reminder' email but this is currently not prioritized. This could be a good topic for Planview's platform notification service that we are building and that will be implemented across the platform a bit further down the line.
WIll this mean that Planview meetings (like this one) move away from Zoom and to only Teams? Depracting online meetings only refers to the meetings functionality that we have available in ProjectPlace. Meetings like this one will continue to be provided by Zoom, at least in the near term. 
Could you please explain what Planview Roadmaps for Teams vs. Enterprise Roadmapping? Planview Roadmaps for Teams is targeted for teams and teams roadmaps; while Enteprise is targeted for Portfolios and more enterprise-roadmaps. Can the custom icon be added to the visualization/road map item? We are initially showing the icon in the details pane, but we are considering ways we can add additional information to the roadmap item itself.

Will the timed email notifications with the option to receive them individually or as a summary eventually be available in Portfolios? We do not currently have notifications uplift on our Portfolios roadmap due to our current feature focus (Portfolios Overviews, ProjectPlace Manages the Plan, Logbook, and others). But it is something we are tracking in our feature backlog, to incorporate the Notification Service and be able to take advantage of its features and uplift the overall capability.
Will there be an option in the future for Admins to set what the default is as different customers may want to default Configure User screen differently? Currently there is no plans to make this configurable. Instead we plan to update the page to use the new Planview Design grid as just shown for Announcements, where you would have the Type to filter and can filter on anything in the grid, so User Id or name. We dont have timeline yet, but Announcement page was first to get the uplift.
On the My Overview with widgets, will there be a widget for requested allocations for resources? The "Assignment Approvals" widget will show the requested Allocations that a Resource Manager (for example) to approve those. This is one of the first widgets that will be available when Portfolios Overviews becomes generally available. We also intend to provide an Assignments Approvals widget in the future.
Whats the timeline for Roadmaps into ProjectPlace? We don't have a specific timeline for Roadmaps for ProjectPlace at this time.
Is there somewhere on the CSC that can educate me on Planview Hub vs your REST API (in labs) vs the Work API (I have only used Hub) No comparison in the CSC, though there are topics for Portfolios REST APIs ( https://success.planview.com/Planvie...ions/REST_APIs ) and a section for Hub ( https://success.planview.com/Planview_Hub ). The Hub connector uses the SOAP services which are more limited in functionality than the new REST APIs, but we are hoping to uplift the Hub connector onto the new REST APIs once the Work APIs are completed.
When was portfolio overviews targeted? We're targeting Q2 of this year, and will be able to get more specific on the release month as we get closer.
Any update when the Microsoft Report Server will be upgraded? We are currently running the September 2023 Power BI Report Server offering through an end to end regression test to roll out. Timelines will be communicated once we have validated that report server release and have a deployment plan. This will address custom visuals.
as non-standard visuals are not working due to a bug in the MS server Yes we are aware of current report server version impacts on custom visuals.
So if we are removing Zoom meetings would there be the availability to present a field to drop in a teams meeting invite link? As of now we have not planned for now. However interesting suggestion, I will reach out to the team to get more input what would be possible.
So what is not clear on roadmapping is if you have an enterprise license with flex if there is any additional license cost for Planview Roadmaps for Enterprise. Planview Roadmaps for Enterprise will require an additional license. We are currently providing a 3 month trial for existing customers.
Is createdBy attribute in Portfolio's Project Create Rest API RO/RW? This field is system controled. You will be able to pull it on a read opperation, but not be able to update or set it upon creation. This is an artifact of how our system works, but it also means new Projects or Work that you create through the REST APIs will retain the "CreatedBy" identity of whomever owns the integration.
Any ETA when this will be fixed We are currently running that version (Sept 2023) through a rigorous regression test. Timelines will be communicated when we have a successful test and a deployment plan with CloudOps.
Would it be easier to have roadmaps active in Agileplace (as a new feature) vs. asking the admin to enable it?, etc.. I do not have the admin. credentials so asking to enable it is complicated.
