With the recent implementation of automated job deactivation, coupled with the ongoing issue where Power BI reports do not always refresh as expected (even when no report-related issues are present), are there plans to: Suspend the automated job deactivation until the Power BI bug is resolved, or Provide administrators with the ability to locally reactivate jobs?	I'll get some dedicated attention to this (via Mauricio) following this webinar as the answer/discussion here is a bit detailed to answer in this venue but will reach out to discuss. I'd like to understand more on where the newly introduced deactivation falls short. Thanks!
I noticed in Planview.ME slide that Enterprise Architecture is in the "Later" box. Do we know what "Later" means yet; what timeframe we think it will be incorporated?	As you'll see/hear later we have some pre-requisites that we need to knock off first (PVAdmin) so it's a bit challenging to pinpoint time frames.
Storing customer documentation is helpful without Generative AI features, too. Is this a possibility on the roadmap today?	This time our approach is to support this through Generative AI, there are no plans to support without AI. Thanks!
Will there be enhancements to the Plan in Portfolios? Question: We do not use email as the unique user identifier; we use our company's associate ID. We are unable to use Planview Admin due to the amount of day-to-day maintenance of keeping the User ID and emails associated and up-to-date. We've had a couple of discussions with Jonathan and we were given a tentative date of end of Q4 2024 as a target for making Planview Admin more friendly to using User ID. I am assuming this has been pushed. Is the ability to easier maintain Email : User ID association in Planview Admin in the roadmap?	Planview Admin is still in development for our updates to usernames. These changes were more complex that initially estimated, and the schedule has tentatively changed to the end of Q1 '25. Please note, while authentication through usernames will be possible, an active email address associated to the user will still be required on all users for password set/reset and authentiation to products and services that require it as part of the user profile. Simplified User Provisioning and Maintenance through APIs and SCIM are tentatively on the roadmap for later in 2025
Could you clarify the difference between Team-based planning and Requirements ?	Currently Requierments are a way to identify demand for Individuals, and Team based planning is a new capability as Paul mentioned, to provide true team management as today Team is just an attribute and in simplest form used for grouping and filtering. Hi Team - what are the proposed release timelines for each of these functionality enhancements please? Can you add a planned release month for each slide please?	These are all things planned in the next 3-9 months. In the monthy release webinar we'll get more specific as to what month these will release as the plans come together.
When using co-pilot is data sent outside of Planview bubble. i.e. summerise risk comments	Copilot does not send customer data outside of Planview.

Is there any update on when you will start looking at Roadmaps for ProjectPlace?	Not this quarter or next, however, we are collecting requirements and use cases so we can connect and discuss to make sure we have covered the needs from your side as well.
Will there be the ability to export and/or print the listview in agileplace?	We have been thinking about what export options would be helpful beyond the current pdf and csv options. a pdf of the list would be helpful for visual consumption, but it wouldnt be sortable/filterable, etc. So we will reach out and we can discuss!
In Roadmaps, we need the ability to find items across all roadmaps. Either a report or search functionality. We have multiple roadmaps and finding a single item is cumbersome as we have to open and filter each roadmap individually to find a single item.	Searching and cross-roadmap actions is definitely something we want to address and make easier. I expect our PM to run an inner circle soon to gather some of these requirements.
I'm curious to know what's planned to be released this quarter versus what's planned in later quarters. Is what's being presented looking on a 12 month horizon?	live answered

In a slide about Deepening the Planview.Me Experience there is a widget for Documents. Is that only for ProjectPlace or is there some insight to having a better document repository for Portfolios?	As a first phase it will be for ProjectPlace.
Is there any plan to increase the frequency of the PowerBI odata automatically refresh? Right now it can be refreshed only every 12h?	Yes we have plans to increase this. we can evaluate this need on a customer by customer basis. you can send a support case and we can evaluate.
Does logbook work with the BI dashboard already released - Like the Work Management Dashboard	Logbook supports Odata, and can be incoporated into existing dashbaords. For Logbook GA, do we need a specific version of Portfolios to use it?	Logbook is GA with February version you'll get access. If you are on an earlier version you'll need to submit a support case to request it. Logbook is supported since April 2024, however every release since has enhancements, so my reccomendation would be to take the latest verison to get most out of Logbook. Thanks!
Ref Log Book, Is Bulk Updated via excel?	Yes, UI based Import is currently supported, updates via import is targeted for later this year, more ot come on that. Thanks!
how do you move from current CRI to Logbook. What happens to all the current CRIs ?	Logbook supports U based import, migrating from CRI to logbook would be managed by exporting CRI data and importing into Logbook once configured to your needs. Thanks!
Any update on PV Admin as the sole security and set up of users pushing access to all the other applications (Portfolios, ProjectPlace, AgilePlace)?	There will be two steps to this process. The first is Top Down user management. This is tenatively scheduled to be released later in Q1 2025, the seconed phase will be SCIM and API capabilities for customer IdPs, this phase is on the Planview Admin roadmap for 2025 tentatively.
Wasnt the Admin work supposed to be done by now? I though Q1 2025 is when Planview.me would come on line.	Anything required for Planview.Me is available via PVAdmin starting in February2024. Let us know if you have any questions around Planview.Me enablement.
Do you have any update on when Power BI will be updated please?	We're targeting Q2 if everything goes well with the testing
Do you know when the Connect Agenda will be posted?	We are working on it and should have it available in a few weeks.
When will EA widgets be available?	Right now we are finishing up the UI modernization and improvements. Once that is complete we'll be looking at options for widgets.
Speaking of PV Admin, for about two years we have been dealing with the issue of our user email not being possible to be added to out PV admin because other Planview customer has already "claimed" this email address. When will this be resolved, so that email address can exist under two different customers?	A resolution for this is in active development. When released users will be able to be true multi-tenant users across various customer organizations in Planview. Initially this will work for all products connected to Planview Admin except ProjectPlace external users, which will be fast following. Our tentative target completion date for all products except ProjectPlace is to ship this before the end of Q1 2025.
