Inquires
Individuals in CaptivateIQ with access to their payout statements can raise an inquiry. The inquiry is sent to the admins (sales operations). Users can perform the following actions on an inquiry;
- Raise an inquiry
- Add a response to an inquiry
- Update the status of an inquiry
Raising an Inquiry
A sales rep is always the originating party that raises an inquiry. He/she can do that by navigating to their statement view and clicking on the "Open Inquiry" button as shown below.
The "Open Inquiry" button will open a chat window on the right pane of the browser which can be used to type in an inquiry.
After an inquiry has been raised, a sales rep can track it by clicking on the "Open Inquiry" button again or by navigating to the "Inquiries" menu option. Any responses added by a rep or an admin will appear in the Inquiry window.
