Payout Statements

At the top of each payout statement, is your total Payout. This is the amount that is submitted to payroll. Plan details, as well as deals included in the selected period are visible further down the statement.

Locked Payouts vs. Estimated Payouts for open periods

Locked Payouts – Are what is ultimately submitted to payroll, and are formatted in black. Once a period is locked, all updates to that period are blocked. Sales operations can unlock individual payouts and refresh data if needed before payroll submission. EMEA payroll is typically submitted two weeks after month close. NA payroll three weeks after month close.

 

Estimated Payouts for open periods – Are listed in Blue. Details can be viewed by clicking Preview . Only periods that have been configured by sales operations will be available for preview.

Deals missing from current month statement? If a deal is closed won in salesforce and isn’t showing in your CaptivateIQ statement after the daily refresh at 11pm GMT, please let us know via email or CaptivateIQ inquiry. For the majority of AEs and SCs, credit is determined by the Opportunity Splits related list located near the top on each salesforce opportunity.
