Does Financial Business Cases require us to enable Outcomes, Product or both? Yes, to utilize Financial Business Case, Outcome (Product) entity needs to be enabled. 
Are we able to reject the Menus and Tabs change? We feel that it will reverse functionality.

The new menus and navigation will be available in the October release and apply to all releases post October; you cannot reject or keep the old menus and navigation. In case it helps, with the September release you can submit a support Case to have the new menus and nav applied to your Sandbox so you can try it out ahead of the October release. To do so, please include in the Care Case a statement such as, “In September, [customer name] would like their Sandbox environment [enter URL of sandbox here] to be upgraded to the September 2023 Portfolios release and to also have September2023.HotFix1 installed there.”

More details: The new menus and navigation came out of our collaboration with customers in our User Experience inner circle. It provides a more consistent and standard user experience which is especially helpful for infrequent and less expert users. Customer feedback so far has been very positive! If we have customized the OData or PBI for our Resource Dash, how do we get the updates? The recommendation would be to set up the new version on the side of your customized datasets and PBI to avoid override your changes. We will have more details on what specific changed in the release notes.
How is the Re-try logic for OData Refresh going ro work?  If it fails once, will it just try again immediately? If there is no response from the ReportServer it will wait for 30 seconds then retry and it will do it for 5 times

So is the sentiment analysis available as an output in the Power BI reporting data sets? Not yet, but will be soon in the future updates.
Will we be able to get to a cadence of releases where we can learn about the new features at the release webinar just "before" they are released instead of "after".  When the new features show up before we can notify all our team members they think we are with-holding information from them, or are not keeping up with our system features. The release notes are the best way to see these. For our products that have more frequent GA releases (AgilePlace, ProjectPlace, IdeaPlace), we do our best to include in the Coming Soon sections of these release webinars and each release notes. Product Releases and Highlights links, specifically links to the various product release notes pages, can be found in the Customer Success Center 'Planview Enterprise Product Releases' page ( https://success.planview.com/Release...oduct_Releases ). If we have missed highlighting when a feature is coming outside the monthly release webinar timeline or if there are other things we can do to better support you, please let us know.
Can the account admin make a default of no inviting external users? Then change for individual workspaces as needed? Yes, it is possible at the moment. In the settings for new workspaces, you can disable this by default.
Within the last 2 weeks there was a webinar for Agile place, I was not able to attend,  it was mentioned that it was recorded but I didn't get the recording, can yo help me with this Webinar recording should be sent within the next two days!
I'm relatively new to PlanView and I'm exploring EA space. Just wondering if PlanView supports Software Asset management? What are you looking for in this area? EA supports the ability to inventory and assess software assets, including vendor lifecycles applications, Interfaces, and data management.
Great! I'm mainly looking to build a catalog of all the various software products we use at our organizations, the number of licenses we have, their lifecycle policies , assignments, usage etc... EA can help you capture that information
