If 'Progressed as Planned' has been enabled in Global Options, where can this feature be enabled for work items below a PPL level in Administration? In Manage Attributes, there doesn't seem to be this option for work items in Attribute Details of this attribute. | Work managers can use progress as planned if the 'Enable Progress as Planned' global option was enabled by an administrator. A work manager does so by enabling the option in the Work Detail screen’s (Progress As Planned option). If a work manager sets the Progress As Planned any 'child entities' below it, will inherit the setting. For the Work Manager to be able to set the Progress as Planned option in the Work Detail, the System Administrator must ensure the relevant components are the made available in the Work Detail Configured screen. Administration >> Architecture >> Configured Screen >> Locate the Work Detail configured screen and add component in Design Mode |
If you cannot schedule work in the past why does the system allow Schedule Start to be set in the past (earlier that Time Now)? | I defer this question to Product Management. It is possible to set a Schedule Date in the Past, but of course when running 'Run Schedule' it will automatically move the date to Time Now. There is no 'pop out' notification / warnings. (When setting an 'Actual Start Date' in the future, pop out notification/warnings will appear). |
