RES28 - Resource Scheduled vs Actual Effort Analysis Report is a Resource Portfolio based report that visualizes planned (scheduled) effort vs. actual/reported effort. Provides resource/activity/weekly level details of the hours planned for each activity and the hours reported.

If work status set to requested, will the tasks resource allocation still appear to resource manager to edit? This will depend upon your Configuration set up.
Status Rules for work provides status values to which conditions can be applied. There is an option to 'suppress assignments' based on work status. 
Is there an option to view the last weeks recording (mentioned previously)?
