| Is there a use case as to why you would put an EPIC at the new work level vs. the initial program level? | We will have use case documentation that covers these two scenarios! |
| If we are not seeing the new Filtering on Custom Fields is there something we need to do to have that functionality | In order for Custom Fields to show up in the Filter on a board that board needs to contain Custom Fields. |
| Regarding job streams: Will be there an option in the future so the admins can stop a running job stream without engaging planview through a ticket? | Great question - this capability for admins to have more visibility and control on job streams including the ability to stop in process jobs is definitely on our roadmap backlog. |
| PRM System Defaults Admin Page - will this adapt the defaults for all EXISTING users? Assuming they haven't modified their own defaults already | If users have not modified their defaults, then this will change the value because the user is using the current global default (if the user has set their preferences, those will not change). |
| Will I overwrite my users individual preferences when I set the default? | If a user has changed their preferences, the default will not be overwritten. |
| Reg. the revoked access to the PBI Report Server: Will I be able to see then in Planview which user last updated a report the last time? And will I be able to delete data sets in Planview? This is currently only possible on the Report Server. | We have 'delete dataset' on short term maintenance type backlog. The last user to update a report is a use case we have not prioritized. | The report server access is going to be unavailable how long? | We intend on permanently removing access to the reporting service UI. If there are specific activities you're currently conducting directly against the service that you cannot achieve within Enterprise One please reach out to me directly - pjacobs@planview.com. |
| Will we be able to run subscriptions from the Subscription Management when the report server access is removed? | Standard subscriptions are available to be scheduled and executed as frequently as 2 hours while Targeted Subscriptions can be executed on demand via job stream management. |
| Uploading Power BI reports and setting scheduled refreshes, as opposed to using the job stream, as well as setting the auth token for those reports after uploading. I suppose it could be done via ticket, but it is a convenience loss to be sure. | Uploading Power BI reports should be conducted via Administration|Reporting|Reporting Content Management. This function handles auth tokens and ensures the right report settings. Report refresh rates are also managed via Enterprise One which include intentional frequency limits for system stability purposes. |
| '@Paul - since access will be removed to Reporting Services will the PV UI screen show the last modified date. This is very important to be able to validate when an RDL was last changed | Hi - hearing this more frequently. Interested to know where in PRM you'd like to see this? On the report itself or via tile management when choosing the report to add to the tile. Interested to learn more on what we can do here. |

| Is there any plan to address the configured screen issue where if Work Requests are being used we cannot update the Create Work landing page? | This is not an 'issue' rather is working as designed (even if not as desired). What is going on is that Work Requests are using the Legacy Designer which is not compatable with the Enhanced Designer now available to be used with the Add New Work screen. As such, it is recommended that users of Work Requests not convert their Add New Work screens. Currently uplifting the screen designer for Work Requests to the Enhanced Designer is in our backlog and not prioritized at this time due to competing priorities. |

Most of the time when reviewing release notes we aren't focused on future updates, just what is impacted by the one we are looking at release notes for | We are in the process of continuing to improve our release notes summary and update pages. I will take this recommendation back to the team to discuss accordingly. | Are there improvements to CRI planned? Especially not being able to edit the initial CRI screen and customizing the grid view e.g. with column sets is quite a annoying. | Not at this time. |
| Are Spigit enhancements reviewed even if they receive no extra votes at all? | Ideas that do not have any votes or comments will have a harder time advancing in the process. If you find your idea to be running into this issue, I would suggest searching the ideas to see if there are other similar ideas with votes. If so, you will want to delete the idea you created; follow the similar idea; and add your use case to the comments. Working together as a community, the ideas will float to the surface for visibility and traction. |
| Is it planned to move the Spigit Enhancements as application to the newly planned Planview platform that Jon presented? | Spigit is planned to be added to Planview ID. |
