We're on Continuous Cloud. Our November release for Production is scheduled for Dec 3rd and our December release for Production for Jan 7. Will either of these not take place?	Both of these deployments will take place for November and December releases. What will be paused is the January '25 release. Will pick up when the February release is available.
Hello! AgilePlace updates today?	Nothing this month for AgilePlace (or IdeaPlace).
Do we need a Copilot license to view the Planview.Me and Copilot connection?	The details on this are still being worked out, so stay tuned on that point. Feel free to reach out to me directly.
The update for Planview.Me to share by license role, did it say that we needed to be on the Dec release of Portfolios to utilize that, or is an update in Planview.Me and not dependent on the Portfolios version?	This specific change for sharing by role is dependent on the December Portfolios release since feeding that info UP to Planview.Me/Planview Admin was updated in the Portfolios code.
Any chance there will be logbook widgets coming soon?	Yes! We will be working on logbook widgets in early 2025. We will have better target dates in the February release webinar.
Will this presentation link be made available?	Yes! Typically it takes one week, but given that next week is thanksgiving in the US, it will probably be available sometime during the first week of December. it will be posted here: https://success.planview.com/Planvie...tomer_Webinars
The widget you showed about the plan where you can modify dates to task and milestone. Does it include a run schedule button?	It does not include a run schedule button, but we'd certainly add that to our considerations. In general we're always looking at what aspects of the Plan activities could/should be elevated to a widget level for quick access.
Will this Creation Source be able to identify when it was added by Hub?	Creation Source attribute is at this time only going to be popluated with Native Connector. If you are using Planview Hub, this attribute will not be supported. Also, it will only provide the Product name as a value (ProjectPlace, AgilePlace, IdeaPlace, Portfolios) it will not identify when it was created. We do have a Portoflios attribute “Created On” that would provide that data point.
Will there be an opportunity to customise the Status field for different log types?	Yes there are plans to allow Status values to be configurable, I dont have a target at this time, but it is planned. Thanks!
Will the current log types be available to strategies or will Strategies require new log types are created?	The current log types will also be available to strategies.
what about PBI reporting for LogBooks? Today we have risk heatmap, issue tracker, etc. using CRIs.	Yes we have the work portfolio dashboard available in the labs program for logbook and it will be available when it is Generally Available as well.
Will Logbook be included into Work Portfolio Dashboard odata?	Yes we have it already available in the Labs and it will be available also when it is Generally Available.
Regarding Power BI do we know when this will be updated from the current Jan 2024 version?	No timeline yet – hopefully early in 2025.
Any status or documentation on the EA solo deployment?	That is targeted for February 2025, once EA is on PV Admin.
Any update on Planview Admin support for making it easier to sync accounts using User ID vs Email?	We had previously introduced network id support to Planview Admin as an alternative to email address being the primary user identifier. What action is needed for the Risk Summarizer? It was cut off on the screen.	Your account would need to be on PV Admin.
Regarding Rich Text is there a way to pull this into reports?	There are some options, depending on the report, for PowerBi there is a custom visual that respects the Rich text formatting. for RDLs there is also a library that can be added.
I thought I saw a ProjectPlace enhancement for marking the Activity as done when all cards are moved to the finish stage. Can you provide a status of this?	This had to be pushed for later and target this for next PI. So no dates we can provide now.
When will Roadmaps be available for ProjectPlace?	We dont have a timeline for that. With ProjectPlace owns the plan, there could still be value with the Portfolios connection to represent your PP plans.
Dominique are you planning on bringing in logbook attributes at some point for Roadmaps?	It is something to consider! I'd like to get more feedback about how logbook is being leveraged to see what opportunities there can be with roadmaps.
Regarding Public Training Classes - it should be noted if there's a cost?	Yes, there is a cost to attend the classes. Many organizations also have enrollment certificates that can be used as well.
Res08 is a good way to monitor timesheets. Subscription can be sent to resource managers.	Potentially a targeted subscription for the managers of resources with missing timesheets.
