Training Cancellation Policy

Public Training Cancellation Policy

Registration for Public Training Classes is on a first-come first-served basis, based on when payment is received by Planview.

A minimum of three (3) paid learners is required to conduct a class. If five (5) business days prior to the scheduled training date a class has fewer than three (3) paid learners registered the class will be cancelled.

If a learner is unable to attend, they must update their registration at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled training date.  Learners may reschedule classes, at no additional charge, up to five (5) business days prior to the commencement of class if there are available seats in the replacement class. Confirmed learners who fail to attend class or do not show without cancelling or updating their registration will be charged full tuition. Additionally, learner substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.

Planview reserves the right to cancel or change any class within a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice to confirmed learners.

Private Instructor-Led Training Cancellation Policy

Customer may cancel or reschedule any scheduled instructor-led training delivery, with no obligation to Planview, if written cancellation is received at least ten (10) business days prior to commencement. •    Between six (6) to ten (10) working days before commencement - 50%

In the event that Customer chooses to reschedule an instructor-led training, reschedule dates will be based on then-current future availability.
