Course Description

General Administration training for Planview Enterprise One - Capability and Technology Management (CTM) is an immersive, interactive class that teaches administrators the best-practice methods, skills, and techniques for efficient management of the CTM repository.

This two-day course provides the skills needed to manage user privileges and security, monitor and control data, and manage portal configuration. This allow you to ensure the CTM implementation meets the needs of your user community. This course is recommended also to prepare individuals for a developer role.

At the end of this course students will learn how to:

  • Effectively manage and administer the repository
  • Deploy developed extensions and customizations
  • Gain a basic knowledge of security and typical users, groups, and roles
  • Understand the Enterprise One CTM portal
