Announced at Accelerate, Planview.Me builds on the connected platform experience through actionable and role based views. These views will be tailored to specific roles and personas across different business ceremonies and cadences.  

This inner circle will initially focus on various personas under the umbrella of a technology organization driving business outcomes through OKR’s, Roadmaps, agile planning and aspiring to orient around a product mindset via value streams.

It's time to take the Planview Viz user experience to the next level! This inner circle focuses on the exploration and prioritization of ideas around using Planview Viz at scale, updating the user interface, streamlining functionality, and supporting users along their value stream management journey.

Please join us to discuss your use-cases, challenges, and priorities. This is expected to be a continuous inner circle and input will be collected through virtual group meetings (one hour in length), surveys, and one-on-one sessions.

Centralize your notifications across all Planview solutions! The members of this inner circle will be key partners in defining the core features and enhancements that will deliver a tailored, simple notification experience within their Planview products (Portfolios, IdeaPlace, AgilePlace, PPM Pro, and others) and PV Admin itself.  

Ranging from multiple delivery methods to actionable notifications at a glance, join this inner circle to learn more about the in-the-works notification service and help us define its core functionality.

This is a continuous inner circle and input will be collected through virtual group meetings (one hour in length), surveys, and optionally one-on-one sessions.

As an organization runs multiple initiatives, projects, and campaigns, it is critical to identify and mitigate risks and issues along the way. Along with this, also other types of information are important to capture such as changes, decisions, assumptions, lessons learned etc. With Logbook you will be able to create these and other types of information necessary for your organization.

Initially, Logbook will be available at a work level in Portfolios and workspaces in ProjectPlace. The Logbook is being developed as a shared service, and in the connected cases between Portfolios and ProjectPlace, the created logs and their data is shared.  

In this inner circle, we will be sharing use cases, mock-ups, and other important information and working with our customers and users to get their perspectives and feedback to refine them before we get to the development stage.

We plan to have Logbook available for Labs by end of Q1. Until then please join this Inner Circle to stay updated.

The Objectives and Key Results Inner Circle is aimed at existing users and those interested in learning more about our OKR capability available in both AgilePlace and Portfolios. In this Inner Circle, we will be sharing use cases, mock-ups, and other important information for your review, feedback, and prioritization.

Sentiment Analysis is a data science capability that delivers quantifiable assessment of unstructured text within projects and workspaces. Planview has been working towards surfacing aggregated sentiment across the connected products, rolling sentiment from cards, boards, and workspaces into projects and portfolios. In this Inner Circle, we would like to hear from you feedback on the Sentiment Analysis capability currently available in Planview Portfolios and ProjectPlace Labs, discuss updates to be rolled out soon, and gather practical use cases for Sentiment Analysis as a health indicator across connected products.

AdaptiveWork
 

We are developing a new Timesheet capability for AdaptiveWork that will provide a simple way to record working hours, provide visibility for compliance purposes, and automate tasks that might otherwise take many working hours to complete. 

The members of this inner circle will be key partners in defining the core enhancements and features for Timesheets for the Hybrid solution. This circle meets regularly, usually twice month so that the circle can review and provide feedback on requirements and design. Please join us to discuss your use-cases, your challenges and of course, your priorities. This is expected to be a long-running inner circle and input will be collected through meetings, surveys and one-on-one sessions.

The PPM Pro International inner circle is specifically for our global customers who often miss out on our regular customer monthly release and bi-annual roadmap webinars due to time zone differences. Although those official webinars are recorded, watching them is not the same as actively learning about and seeing key enhancements and feature demos, as well as being able to have live questions and answers. Likewise for our quarterly roadmap webinars.

This inner circle will meet on the same days as our official monthly release and roadmap webinars, but at times more convenient for Central Europe/Middle East and again for Asia/Pacific. Please join this circle if you would like to receive meeting invites to these reprises of the monthly and quarterly customer webinars held at a more convenient time for our international customers. Please note that all sessions are conducted in English.

ChangePoint’s UX designer is planning user research sessions with our customers to observe interaction and collect feedback for newly released ChangePoint Navigation. Primary focus will be on usage of the List views; navigation, filtering, sorting and searching.

Our goal is to investigate and understand list views usage, interactions, and pain points in a hands on one-on-one session. Participants will help define key core improvements to further enhance navigation. This research best suited for customers who have upgraded to/been using the newest version of ChangePoint, however, it is also open to customers who are thinking about upgrading.

Please note that this functionality is available to customers who are hosted in the Planview Cloud and are using Planview Portfolios.

With growing concerns around security and privacy, organizations must have a firm grip on how content is accessed and shared within and outside their organization.

We are working on a new Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capability to help all our customers using Documents and would like to have more control over their content in ProjectPlace.

The idea is to provide a mechanism to identify such contents and control access to them in a more robust way. The capability also includes an audit trail.

In the Inner circle session, we will share our high-level ideas and some designs to give you an idea about the DLP functionality. We would love to get your feedback.
