Can the Objective be tied to any level in the strategy structure or just the leaf level? Objectives can be tied to any level in the strategy structure.
Hello, I can't seem to find the shown "OKRs" tile, is this a soon to be available feature? OKRs are available on Strategy's action menu. Pre-reqs: October 2022 & syncing users in PVAdmin.
Is there any option to link OKRs also to products (outcome structure)? Not yet, but that is something I am considering for the future.
Are there steps/suppport to take to manage and change to current strategy hierarchy to a new OKR hierarchy? You manage the OKR hierarchy separately from the strategy hierarchy. They do not have to be the same.
Dominique said you can tie OKRs to a board in Agile Place and in the Strategy Structure of PVE - are these the same OKRs? or would the user need to duplicate the same OKR in both Agile Place and in PVE? A future enhancement is the ability to link parent and child objectives across AgilePlace and Portfolios. There won't be a need to duplicate. We are looking to early next year to support that capability.
How many OKR levels will there be? In agileplace the limit is 4. Will this be different for the portfolios implementation in accordance to number of hirarchy levels? There shouldn't be a limit in AgilePlace to 4. You can add more in the OKR level settings.
What roles are best for being able to update the progress of objectives and key results? Where are the updates made? In Portfolios, users with Strategy grants can update OKR progress.

One feature that will be beneficial is to have an ability for maintaining external URL for  the key results so further statistics and data sources will be available for future review of the progress.

Same can be implemented for Agileplace. Current, Data Source field is text field and doesn’t help much.

How are Strategies linked to Strategic Priority in ICP Portfolio?

In ICP, you can use strategies as your demand, such as using work. For more infor on the strategy structure:

Will the OKR alignments always be topdown (from Strategy) rather than bottom up (from Project) or will this current use case be iterated upon? One of the next Portfolio OKR enhancements will be the ability to see Key Results from projects; We may iterate on that in the future to manage Key Results from projects.
Will the OKRs set in E1 Portfolios be visible/integrated to project workspaces in ProjectPlace? How will they interact with KPIs set on PP Portfolios?Will the OKRs set in E1 Portfolios be visible/integrated to project workspaces in ProjectPlace? How will they interact with KPIs set on PP Portfolios? At this time, OKRs will not interact with ProjectPlace KPIs. If I hear more customers requesting ProjectPlace<>OKR integration, I'll revisit.

Are there any reports available to summarize the portfolio results? Currently, there is the OKR health panel. In the future, we will provide enterprise reporting support for OKRs.
Are there any out of the box reports for OKRs? and what is the timeline for Odata sets for the OKR data?  Enterprise reporting for OKRs is a high priority. Looking at Q1 2023.
On the OKR health, the objective that was behind was still showing as a 'green line' - can this be customised so that it's more aligned to a RAG status? Currently, the color is based on the percentage and not the above/below based on duration.
It looks like we have the OKR functionality in Production but it wasn't released into our Sandbox. Is it possible to get in our Sandbox to test? Pre-reqs for your sandbox: October 2022 & adding sandbox to PVAdmin. If your sandbox meets both those critera and you still don’t see the OKR global option, raise a support ticket so we can investigate.
Is the only reporting available in the health panel or will this appear in strategy reporting for a wider view of the portfolio health? Currently, only OKR health. But enterprise reporting solution is a priority.
Default is 4 levels, can more be defined? Yes, you can add more than 4.
We see OKR can be enabled in our production box but do not see the option in our sandboxes. Is it possible to test in sandbox before enablign in prod? Do we need a Case to Planview? If your sandbox is on October 2022 and is added to Pvadmin and you still don’t see the OKR global option, raise a support ticket so we can investigate.
Is there a way to see all OKRs that have been created at an enterprise level for visibility and alignment? When we support reporting of OKRs, you'll be able to create a report of OKRs, including their levels.
This is all great! Do you have a rough estimate on when the OKR linking from Portfolios to AgilePlace will be available? Looking at end of Q1 2023

Is Leankit and Agile separate? AgilePlace is the new name of LeanKit.
Cards in Agile Place can be linked to Portfolios correct? So in that way, work being tracked in Agile Place can still roll up to OKRs that exist in Portfolios? Work in AgilePlace can be rolled up in Portfolios. However, that work doesn't impact the progress of OKRs, but you will be able to have the traceability from Portfolios OKRs to Projects to AgilePlace cards.
Is there an impact to SSO when moving users to PV Admin the first time? No, there should be no impact to your current SSO implementation.
Does Planview Admin works if you have multiple Production instances of Portfolios or other Planview product suites? PV Admin only supports one production Portfolios, but multiple sandboxes. PV Admin also supports other Planview products, including AgilePlace and ProjectPlace - but only one production of each.
Is it Planview Admin or Platform Admin - I see both references but I think they are the same? Yes, they are the same. It's gone through a few naming iterations. It is Planview Admin officially now.
On your "How to get access to OKRs" slide, the bullet says Platform Admin, but I also see reference to Planview Admin.  Is there a difference between these? Yes, sorry, they are the same. The naming has gone through some iterations - that was an oversight on my part. It is Planview Admin officially.
How is the integration with jira and flow of OKR and jira issues is handled? There is no direct link between Jira and OKRs. However, you can integrate Jira with AgilePlace and Portfolios, which then can be connected to Key Results.
Can you have weighted ability for averaging Key Results instead of general averaging? Not at this time.

When will OKRs be releases in APAC? We are looking at end of year to support OKRs and shared capabilities in the APAC data center.
Any plan to update the monthly information for OKRs automatically instead of manually? Definitely something I am interested in. The approach is tbd, but the first phase may be integrate with Planview products first (like financials from Portfolios or flow metrics from AgilePlace or Viz).
Are OKRs going to be connected to PPMPro? There are not current plans to support OKRs and PPMPro.
