Does the integration query Technopedia directly, or a local copy held by Planview? If the latter then how often is the dataset updated? The integration queries Technopedia directly.
This is the first I'm seeing this platform. Does this manage an organization's owned software... description, license keys, term dates, named users, etc? For more information on Flexera's data platform:   https://www.flexera.com/products/data-platform
Do you need to have a license to Technopedia in order to take advantage of the Technopedia features Yes, Technopedia license is required. 
E1 Knowledge Center - is this just accessible from PRM or CTM as well? Currently it is only PRM. There are plans to extend this to CTM as well. 
Will the date filter work in a project work and assignment screen and in ICP financial plan views as well? Currently, we've only added that feature to the Dependency Mgmt. screen.
Is the Knowledge Center customizable for internal content? There are no plans to make Knowledge Center content customizable. However, as part of the UX/UI initiative, we are investigating new ways for organizations to provide customized content
Please confirm:  Administrator will also be able to change portfolio owner (for example:  If owner leaves the company) Yes, the administrator (and the current portfolio owner) can make the change.
We have Technopedia through the Flexera Integration with ServiceNow.  Can CTM integrate with that or it will need its own license to Technopedia? Yes, same API Key can be used.
Does the new lifecycle grant option take over for the lifecycle role selections on the user configuration screen? The updated smart logic allows for the same lifecycle role to be put into multiple containers on the same screen.  If you do this, the associated grant options will be shared for that screen (i.e., you cannot have different grant options for the same lifecycle role on the same screen).
Is there a published list of known issues/bugs on the Customer Success Center? Yes, in Customer Success Center in Product Release page has a section for Known Issues (and Resolved Issues)
What can be done to reduce the bugs and prevent them before they are released? That's the ultimate goal and we do have a number of initiatives in place ranging from additional automated tests, to uplifting of legacy code, as well as deprecating very low-usage items (which frees up capacity to focus on uplift).  That's certainly not the full list, but I should mention that we do recognize that we need to keep focusing on improving overall quality.
What is meant by expense functionality? Expenses in FP, Expenditures in WAA or something else? Most people are not using the legacy expense functionality (not to be confused with expenditure), but it's the timesheet-related functionality that lets users capture costs such as miles-driven.  It's very limited and does not flow to the financials.
What if you already have Technopedia through the Flexera Integration with ServiceNow. Whats the benefit of having Technopedia directly within CTM? If you want to add new software or hardware lifecycles that are not yet deployed in your organization.
Does PV ID build user records in all child applications?  E.G. Build in PV ID and it would build user records in Project Place, E1, Lean Kit, CTM? At this time that full top down user management where creation is pushed down to apps is definitely on the roadmap but not currently available. User creation/edits/removals will still (for now) stay in the source applications.
Just double checking if the Technopedia feature is available to the On Prem version of CTM Yes, current support is SQL Server only
Are there plans to add the date filter option that is being added to dependancy management to other column sets like strategy and work? Currently, we've only added that feature to the Dependency Mgmt. screen, and we will explore adding to other pages as well. 
Is the Planview ID module included into the product by defaullt or does it need to be licenses separately? Planview ID is included with your licenses. To enable simply submit a support ticket.
Also, is SCIM integration supported? We are looking at SCIM as a supported protocol within overall user management.
Is there a way to import users from one product to another using Planview ID? e.g. import users from PV E1 to Projectplace. At this time that full top down user management where creation is pushed down to apps is definitely on the roadmap but not currently available. User creation/edits/removals will still (for now) stay in the source applications.
Does Planview ID affect SSO configuration? Planview ID will not impact existing SSO configurations with your applications today. You can add SSO at the Planview ID level then remove at the application level or leave in place.
Any chance in the future of allowing to have more than one Portfolio Owner ? We've certainly heard this from a few organizations and we've talked about this and are investigating what it would take. We know it'd be a great addition. But, no immediate schedule on when that might be available.
Is the new bug process in place now? Yes, and we're doing our best to ensure things go smoothly.  Please feel free to reach out to us with any concerns.
If we have a Known Issue - where's the best place to find where it's at on the priority list?  Is it possible to push that information to the Customer Care team so they can include that in our support ticket? Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide you with info as to where your known issue is on the priority list, as the list is dynamic and as issues come in, the list will be re-prioritized on an ongoing basis. Once your known issue is planned for a release Customer Care will provide you with an update.  
when will CSC be included in Planview ID? Great question - we would like to add the CSC to available products to be added to Platform Administration. Timing on that being available is not known at this time though.
Image integration into enhanced screens? This was promised in 2020. Image type attributes are still on our radar and target list, unfortunately they did push out on roadmap due to other priorities. 
Will Customer Care site be included in Planview ID? Great question - we would like to add the Customer Care portal to available products to be added to Platform Administration. Timing on that being available is not known at this time though.
Does the new Bug Process change how cases are entered?  Will there be new attributes and more information needed?  Or is this an internal change only There is no change how cases are created and entered, this is an internal process change.
Planview ID - If we currently use our company UserID for E1 SSO. Does Planveiw ID require email or can we continue to use our company UserID? Email is the primary user value that is used to tie users across Planview applications but your company UserID with your IDP should still work as intended using PVID.
Also whether CSC will also be configured by SSO Great question - we would like to add the CSC to available products to be added to Platform Administration. Timing on that being available is not known at this time though.
