What's are the differences between the free (with e.g. an AgilePlace subscription) and paid Roadmap products? Will the free version continue to be available for free? Yes. Teams will be part of the AgilePlace license.
Will this powerpoint be shared with us after the webinar? Yes - the powerpoint will be exported to pdf format and added to the Product Releases portion to the Customer Success Center.

For Portfolios, regarding not being able to set allocation dates outside of task dates, if the schedule changes and the task dates change, will the allocation dates also change to match the task dates? Hi Maria, the schedule behavior will not change and will be exactly as it is today. What deselecting/disabling this new global option will do is to enable you to prevent any allocation assignments before a task’s start date and after its end date…normally users can allocate outside the task date range which causes the schedule to update/adjust with the new allocation dates. This will allow you to prevent that possibility across all projects and work.
With the name change of Grants to Permissions...will this change also be visible to users from within their account menu under the Security tab? Hi Sheri -- yes, that language has been updated in the Security tab as well
Which of the new functions/changes were implemented based on a Spigit idea? Hi Samuel! We'll typically include a lightbulb image/icon at the top of slides related to enhancements and features that came from IdeaPlace (Spigit) ideas. If you're a watcher on any of those items in IdeaPlace you'll also be notified via email when those enhancements make it into a release.
What would be required for us to implement Planview.Me be in the January version? The standalone platform Planview.Me views will be available outside of the Portfolios versions and will be available to be added to Planview Admin like you add other Planview products. Portfolios Overviews will be tied to a specific version that will be announced once we exit the Labs period.
Are Planview.Me and Portfolios Overview widgets customizable in the same way tiles are customizable today? Initially they will not be configurable to that same extent, but we're hoping to see different degrees of customization based on with what data and contexts the widgets are available in
Even if we only use Planview Portfolio's, we must have Planview Admin to create these sharable views?  What does it cost? Hi Cindy, correct, all of our platform features will require Planview Admin for access and in cases like Planview.Me and Portfolios Overviews, for administering. There is no cost and there is info on the Customer Success Center here: https://success.planview.com/Planview_Admin When you are ready to use it, I believe Customer Care can assist with getting this setup for you.
How will the recent improvement regarding LC role Projectplace Head Admin impact the current set-up/configuration in Portfolios. Will any set-up changes need to be taken so that projects are correctly synced? At this point, The LC role 'Lifecycle Administrator' is automatically populated based on the work creator and can be updated anytime and the connector assignes WS head admins according to this information. This update is for flow from PP to Portfolios, and really only setup would be to assign the LC role to users, so it will map. Sync will continue working even if the mapping fails so no interuption to sync. Also this will only be mapped on intital sync where Work is create din Portfolios.
Org Hierarchy says both December 2023 and December 2024 on the slide. Is it really 2023? Sorry, that was a Typo.  It will be available next week, December 2023
Can the EA connector be used to push data out of EA in addition to bringing data into EA? Hi David! Yes even with our intial release of this connector, we’re looking to make it bidirectional. A good example is connecting it to AgilePlace and a new card creating new objects in EA and then someone in EA making a change to that object and it feeding that update back into the card.
Do you have a version of Planview Hub that can be installed (e.g., docker) in my client’s AWS environment? Hi Gary, not sure how to answer this question, but Customer Care may be able to help you out if you’d like to submit a Case? Any news on having the ability to do incrementals? We understand, the functionality like change-date/times, who did it, do not exist in the data structure at this time. By “incrementals” do you mean audit tracking or history in Portfolios? If so, for Portfolios we are currently working on this, having just finished the architectural design and in 2024 we’ll be providing more robust reporting and UI info on key entities for seeing who changed/added/deleted what, when, and how, including original and changed values as relevant. Will card dependencies be included in the board import? If you have set up card dependencies in the workspace template and import this to the workspace that will also be respected on the imported board.

Hallo Johan, we are still working on te Requests configured screens but do not yet have a firm target date. We have a lot of end of year priorities that has delayed it a bit, but it is still active. We have not picked up Outcomes configured screens.
The iOs app will be later this year - does that mean 2023? No, it will most likely be in early 2024.

On the ProjectPlace Connector update there is already a lifecycle role for "ProjectPlace Head Admin". How is the update different than the existing role? We have the existing field on our sync configured screen to assign the workspace head admin when connecting the work. That is correct, and today when syncing from Portfolios to PP, if this LC Role is populated that person is set as Workspace Head Admin, this update adds the mapping when going from other direction and syncing a workspace from PP to PF. I hope that makes sense.
I am interested in both.  We capture our datasets now, but due to the data structure there is not way to do true historicals.  Update on this would be good.  I appreciate and need the audit tracking ability to.  Any idea on when it 2024 this will be available? With the ability to set frequency of email notifications, will you also be able to select which types of email notifications you want? No, that is not part of this story. However we do have that on our backlog.
Can I install a trial version of these products in my AWS environment? Hi Gary, you can’t install a trial version in AWS so to speak (apologies, please keep in mind I am not technical), but you should be able to work with your Account Executive or Success Manager to identify ways to try them out. Please reach out to them (or me if you have any difficulties or need follow up help, spackebush@planview.com).
We'd signed up for the Planview Roadmaps for Enterprise trial and was expecting somebody to contact us about that. Can we now just expect that to be available from December? However, if not, we will activate once you reach those requirements.
For Resource / Functional Managers to see all their Resources' ProjectPlace Boards, is there a simple report of any issues they are raising via a report or a roll-up in ProjectPlace or Portfolios?
