| Is there a way to share personal scenarios in ICP? I know there is one Shared Scenario but it would be nice someday to share scenarios like a portfolio. | Great Idea! Definitely something we've heard from other customers too and we've been been kicking it around internally as well – we can get into this a little bit in the next Dynamic Planning Inner Circle. |
| Any information about being able to see who updates the Financial plan? | We're still in progress with our change history initiative, so keep an eye out in the webinars for information on when that's upcoming. |
| Will there be a minimum Portfolios version required for Logbook Product access control? | There is no dependency on Portfolio release versionf or this functionality in Logbook. |
| Will the access control for Logbook extend to be by role in the future? | Yes, that's the plan. |
| Is there informaiton on Logbook grants vs Portfolio Access? Need to ensure people with Logbook can't edit project data if they don't have grants in Portfolio's | Logbook inherits the work permission setting for the user in the host application, meaning if a user has RW access to a work entity in Portfolio, that user will have RW access to Logbook of the work entity when accessed in Portfolios. I hope that answers your question. |
| Mauricio, when will PowerBI be updated to the newest version? | We are currently working on that. Hopefully some time in Q4, we will keep you posted. |
| Is there a possibility to have hourly update rates for Odata with the new updates? (For Portfolios PowerBI report updates) | We are keeping the same refresh cadence limitations as we stabilize the service but this is something we are looking into for the near future. |
| I need logbook access without the abilty to update project schedules in Portfolio's. It doesn't sound like that is available. | That is not possible today as it is dependent on the work permissions for the user. |
| What is the expected release date for card mirroring? | Card mirroring is in Labs now, and typically would be GA based on Labs feedback, so not sure we have a GA target as of yet. |
| Mauricio, our datasets usually take about 30 min to update - can I expected them to take less time with the update? Will I need to rewrite anything in the queries? Thanks! |
Yes the refresh should take less time. Initially you won't need to change anything but if you see some of them running in Fall Back Mode (FBM) you might need to tweak them based on what is shown in the diagnostics end point. We would encourage and recommend to test them in sandbox before your production environment is updated to get a sense of what you will see once the update is deployed in production. |

| Dominique, is the Auto Import coming for Portfolios as well? | Yes, it will be coming out after AgilePlace. |
| Dominique, currently our 'Show Milestone' button does not seem to work. How do I check with someone to fix it? Thanks! | You can create a support ticket and our team can help you with it. |
| Whether Planview Admin User Creation API will support Application assignment as well? if not now at least in the future | Yes, we will be able to assign products that have provided that capability to Planview Admin. Initially that would be IdeaPlace, Roadmaps, and Planview.Me. Users that move to Platform user management as it moves to GA will also be able to manage those connected product assignments as well. |
