Where can I find that list? | Specifically for the sample templates provided by Planview, configuration will be based on the platinum database (standard OOTB fields). I don't believe we have an article with all the OOTB fields. |

| Question to Erik: In ICP when pressing on Optimize it is hard to see what has been changed if there are a lot of projects. Can we have a flag (or something) on the projects that have been changed? |
Good point. We'll take that down as we continue through the ICP space. We're working now on a new type of "Optimize" and having the transparency into what has changed is an important part we've learned from the current Optimize behavior. | When will new features come out for logbook. We really need to have some visablity at the portfolio level. We are trying to implement and people want us to stop and go back to the old CRIs because Portfolio visiblity isnt good for logbook. | Building out portfolio level views for Logbook is one of our top priorities and we are targeting release the first set of enhancements related to this by end of this year. You will hear more in our next release webinar. |
| Is Planview.Me still launching into the Resources and Strategies areas of Portfolios in October? | This is targeted for Q4 at this moment, we should have more specific target dates during the next webinar. |
| For OAuth IDs Update available now, do we need to be on the latests patch to take advantage of this? | We've sent this out in the October release that goes GA today. So you'd need to be on the latest October 2025 release to take advantage of this. |
| Do we have the user ID expiry functionality for Portfolios (similar to EA)? | If you're asking about user password expiry in Portfolios, yes, this exists and is available within Administration>System Configuration>Global Options>Password Management section. If it's something else, please reach out to us and we'll try to get you the information you need. |
| Currently to import legacy Risks and Issues into Logbook's Risk & Issues...you can only import on each individual project. This forces the PMs or someone to go into each project to do the import. This is time consuming and not ideal. Are there plans to have a bulk load? If not can it be. Ex. at a portfolio level |

| Hi Ananya, with "card mirrowring" would be great to have also to possibility to have a mirrowed comments section and not different once for each board. Regards Uwe | Since card mirroring allows cards to be mirrored across boards and workspaces, a user in the same mirror group may not have access to all the workspaces. If comments were mirrored in such cases, the user could lose context for comments on cards in workspaces they aren’t part of and could also create confusion or misinterpretation. That's the main reason we haven't mirrored and synced card comments across mirrored cards. Instead, you can view comments across mirrored cards within the same mirror group by selecting the specific card from the card dropdown and viewing its comments there. |
| Do you have more documentation for SharePoint functionality? Some users have reported problems, or some sites do not appear. Is this because the sites are not public? |

If your organization enforces stricter access controls in SharePoint - you would need to follow some additional config steps. Please refer the FAQ section on the CSC page where we have tried to adderess questions related to SharePoint integration. |
| With the new changes, users can no longer add decimal numbers in the numeric fields of the custom fieldd, which seriously affects our users. Is this change part of the update? | No, this seems to be a bug and the team is actively looking to resolve the same. We will be releasing the fix soon. |
| Platform User Management Labs site says AgilePlace. Just confirming that it would apply to the Admin level for all Planview offerings. | For labs we are currently only connecting with AgilePlace, when GA is released, it will connect to Several products including AgilePlace, ProjectPlace, and Portfolios. |
| Will this allow Users to be changed in Bulk? | yes, this would allow users to be changed in bulk thorugh an integration |
| Is there a cost for the Portfolios Administrator Certification? | No additional cost, this is included as part of your licenses, thanks! |
| Is everything in Labs planned for GA someday? Or is there a chance some Labs features will not be moved to GA in any form? | In most cases features in Labs will move to GA, and any features that are specifically experimental would be called out. |
| Probably too late to ask, but are you going to add multi card mirroring? Do it one card at a time is very time consuming. Appreciate any insight! | The ability to mirror multiple cards at once is on our roadmap and we will plan to add this features in the future releases. |
