| Does the Planview.Me PowerBI report visuliser use a specific version of PBI? | Not to my understanding, as long as the report is published and you can get the embed link from File -> Embed report -> website or page. |
| How do we tell which labs and inter circleswe have signed up for. I see lots of Labs activity in the update, but they all appear to be seperate labs request. | Thanks for sharing your challenge! Currently, there isn't a single place to view all the Labs and Inner Circles you've signed up for. We understand how helpful that would be, and we'll look into creating a centralized view to make this easier in the future. Meanwhile, please work with your Customer Success Manager to provide you these details. |
| Can you clarify the Continuous Cloud reqs for Team-Based Planning? Do you mean we need to be on CC for Portfolios? And do we need to ask for the LAbs feature on top of being in CC? | If you are on CC we can enable it with August release, if you are not then we will be able to enable with Septmeber release. And correct, you still need to register even if on CC. |
| How much notice will we get for the new layout of Projectplace cards? Will that release before or after next monthly webinar? | Yes, we plan to release that before the next release webinar. |
| Dependency Management. Is this available to manage through an API or HUB? | It will be available through both! The Hub team is already working on adding support for dependencies. |

| Will we be able to use copilot in Portfolios without needing to be in a Work Portfolio soon? | We are in the midst of conversations around that and increasing the accessibility in Portfolios. Keep an eye out in the monthly webinar for updates there. |
| About Me – once we have filled in our About Me info, will the years experience automatically update each year, or will we need to update manually? | Those will need to be kept up to date by the user (but very interesting idea to pull those in more dynamically...) |
| The new email action of Copilot would use our own (Outlook in my case) email program to send the mail? So it would come from me and not from the Planview server? And I would have final say on whether it went to any external email address? | The email capability simply opens a new email in your default mail client, and populates it with the context. So it will be sent from your own email address. |
| For Copilot - Is there any plan for future agentic systems to not just create reports, but to help update fields or values in the system? More action based than reporting. | The short answer is, yes we have been exploring the use of agentic systems for updating data in Planview systems. We've started with AgilePlace in that case, but it'd be great to get something on the calendar with Jigisha and myself and we can explore some of those specific use cases you think might be valuable. |
| How is Planview User Manager Different from Planview Admin? | Currently user management creates the user from each individual product, and syncs them to planview admin. With Platform user management, Planview Admin will be able to manage the users, and simply add/remove them to connected products (at GA - AgilePlace, Portfolios, ProjectPlace, Roadmaps, Planview.Me) |
| If using APIs to manage user configuration is there anything OOB that alerts admins to what is happening so they can validate or is that a custom report that customers need to create? | The current iteration of APIs are focused on actions - create, update, delete, and provisioning. We dont have any alerting planned, but this is a great idea that we can add to the feature request backlog for future consideration. |
| Logbook - When is lifecycle/scripted dialog type functionality targeted? | We dont have a target date at this time, please tune in with upcoming release webinar where we will call out once we have a target date. Coming soon features are typically within 1-3 months. |
