Quick Links Customization

The Quick Links Customization allows administrators to customize the quick links at the top of the Home page.

Location of Quick Links in the Home Page

           

TIP

The Home (Default) page must be enabled in order for the Home link to appear in the Plutora icon in the blue navigation menu

           

To locate Quick Links:

  1. Click the Plutora icon in the blue navigation menu at the top of the page.
    Quick Links are located halfway down the page.

To add a Quick Link:

  1. Go to Settings  SettingsNew.png> Customization > Site Settings > Welcome Page Settings.
  2. Click Quick Links.
  3. Add: Click + New Link.

    Edit: Click the link.

  4. Type the Link Label. (This text appears on the link button.)
  5. Manage the Link URL:
    1. Launch an internal page:
      1. Click to select the Launch an internal page radio button.
      2. Select the internal page.
    2. Launch an external page:
      1. Click to select the Launch an external page radio button.
      2. Type the external page URL.
  6. Select the Open link in new tab to open the page (internal or external) in a new browser tab.

               

    TIP

     

    External links will always open in a new browser tab.

               

    Manage Styling:
    1. Double click Background Color, Border Color, or Text Color and select a color from the drop-down menu or enter a Hex value.
  7. Click Submit.
    The yellow Your changes have been saved pop up opens and closes.
    If you click away from the Customization page without clicking Submit, your changes will not save.
  8. Refresh your browser to see the changes.

To sort Quick Links:

  1. Go to Settings SettingsNew.png > Customization > Site Settings > Welcome Page Settings.
  2. Click Quick Links.
  3. Left click and drag the links.

  4. Click Submit.
    The yellow Your changes have been saved pop up opens and closes.
    If you click away from the Customization page without clicking Submit, your changes will not save.
  5. Refresh your browser to see the changes.

To delete Quick Links:

  1. Go to SettingsSettingsNew.png> Customization > Site Settings > Welcome Page Settings.
  2. Click Quick Links.
  3. Click to select a Quick Link.
  4. Click Delete.

  5. Click Submit.
    The yellow Your changes have been saved pop up opens and closes.

  6. Refresh your browser to see the changes.
