Certification Objectives

• Create and manage connected Portfolios and ProjectPlace workspaces
• Build and update a project plan with activities, tasks, milestones, and task relationships
• Manage resource assignments for project work
• Add, organize, and assign access permissions for project team members in a ProjectPlace workspace
• Organize, assign, and monitor project task progress using cards on a ProjectPlace board
• Manage project documentation including user access and review/approval processes in ProjectPlace
• Collaborate with project stakeholders utilizing communication tools in ProjectPlace
• Monitor and review project progress using reporting features in Portfolios and ProjectPlace
