There is not a target date at the moment but this is still on the roadmap. Once there is an update it will be communicated via this webinar. |
| We have a case open for the new assignment data picker where inactive resources are shown by default. Is this working as designed or should the new data picker filter out inactive resources by default? |
It is working based on initial design, based on feedback from customers who have raised this, we have decided to adjust the default sort, which now is only on Name, and updated will be on Status and Name, meaning that Deactivated resources would show at the bottom of paginated list, meaning for most it would be out of view. This is targeted for October release. |
| For Portfolios, does the enhanced Resource data picker preserve selections across multiple searches like the legacy one does? |
Yes it does, the new data picker in Filter panel has a toggle for Recently selected and Bookmarks, check that will resolve to those resource. |
| We are licensed to use only Anvi Chat ( previously known as Copilot ). Wanted to check whether all the enhancements of Anvi ( as part of Monthly release ) will be available to us post upgrade to latest release or are they available as part of "Enterprise Anvi" which requires a separate subscription. |
Yes, they will be available in Anvi chat. |
| For the PowerBI server updates, is there anything we need to do on our end? |
Not necessarily. It will be transparent, and backward compatible. The recommendation as mentioned would be to download and install the compatible PowerBI desktop on the report designers machines but this could be done after the server update. |
| We currently use the planning tab to associate deliverables with their respective commercial charges. I have noticed that Anvi is limited analyzing financials only via Financial Tab, is there a way to use Anvi to update the Financials tab based on the attributes from the Planning tab? |
Correct at this stage Anvi can provide insights and analyze financial data, we are yet to add support for update and create of financials, which is in backlog and will be added. There is not currently a target timeline as of this date. |
| Will the resource multi-select also be available for Allocate? This is why we haven't enabled the global option. |
Yes, creating direct allocation and reserve supported multi-select already, and now with September multi-select is supported for filling requirements for both Reserves and Allocations. |
| Power Bi Desktop version January 2026, how much time do we have to convert all dashboards created in January 2024 to January 2026? Are the dashboards created with version January 2024 stop working in September ? |
No they wont stop working. the update is backwards compatible so there is no time constraint to update PowerBI desktop and the dashboards. |
