Your responsibilities

  1. A signed NDA between Planview and the prospect/customer must exist or be in progress before the RFXIS group can begin work on any RFX request.
    1. To submit a NDA, visit the Global NDA Request Board in Projectplace.
    2. If you need access, please contact Kelli Hill.
  2. Vet the RFX request with the RVP and obtain an approval.
  3. Collaborate with your Solution Consultant to scope the solution.
  4. Submit your request using the RFXIS Submission Form above.
    1. Include all attachments provided by the prospect/customer.
    2. Provide the ACV/ARR in USD.
    3. Provide as much information as possible.
  5. Address all pricing elements.
  6. Schedule a kickoff call (if necessary).
  7. The account executive/account manager owns the delivery back to the client.
  8. Optional: Visit the RFXIS Project Tracker board in LeanKit to view assignment and progress of your RFX request.

What happens after I submit a request?

  • Minimum 14 business day turnaround on all requests
    • Actual turnaround time varies based on size and scope
  • Submission confirmation emailed to you
  • Request assessed and sized; writer assigned
  • Follow-up from the RFXIS team via Slack
    • Timeline and expectations set
  • Regular communication via Slack as project progresses
  • Pre-final draft returned ahead of deadline for review
  • Request adjustments and edits 
  • Adjustments made, final version returned, project closed 
  • Planview WINS
