Root Cause Analysis Documentation

Root cause analysis (RCA) identifies underlying causes of problems rather than treating symptoms. Using systematic tools and approaches, RCA uncovers fundamental process or system failures to develop effective, long-term solutions.  RCAs will be carried out on multi-customer events.  When delivering root cause analysis, we prioritize accuracy over timing, always aiming to meet communicated time frames.
