October 2026 Enablement Q&A

Question Answer
When ranking the risks in Portfolios, is that using Logbook? Yes that is going to be Logbook.
Will the actions it can take be aligned to the permission of the user who requests it? Yes all actions respect permissions and role features.
We have recently started using Logbook in Planview and would like to clarify whether any new attributes added to Logbook will automatically become available through the OData service, or whether additional configuration is required to include them in the OData feed. All custom attributes can be accessed through OData, no additional configuration required for this.
Will there be Anvi support for portfolios Request module? Yes, we have Request insights underway and will be out in the next couple of months.
Where are we with supporting the Portfolios 1024 column limit enhancement please in the Automart? We’re currently prioritizing hardening the Automart experience as it exists today before introducing new functionality. As a result, support for the 1024-column limit enhancement is temporarily on hold while we complete that work.

The endpoints Anvi uses are internal at this time, so will not be possible to use externally. This is something we are looking for in next year to expose.

As Anvi gets access using MCP will be an option as then any 3rd party tool that can connect to MCP will have that route, which is not going to solve for integrations but worth calling out.

My question regarding logbook is in relation to Planview created content, rather than custom attributes All system (Planview created) and custom attributes will be available through OData, without having to do any additional config.
If we only get 10 prompts per day on Anvi, does retesting a prompt in Builder consume those credits? This was a limit we had with Copilot. Anvi does not haventhis limit. You can use Anvi as much as you like. We will introduce quotas in a future release so that Admins can control usage and prevent abuse.
In regards to Anvi new capabilities you mention these will be coming soon. Do you know when this will be? The presentation has sections for what has been released recently and what is coming soon. So, we presented both in their respective sessions across the webinar.
What is the outlook for Portfolio Users to be able to be managed in PV Admin? If Portfolio customers choose to convert to the newly released Platform User Management, the unified user can be managed at Planview Admin rather than Portfolios. If you would like to know more contact Support and they can gather information and coordinate a conversation.
