This would be similar to Planview Adaptive Work capability already available. | There isn't anything immediately scheduled that will allow that type of bulk activity, but we are working on ways to do these activties in large sets through Anvi (to start). |

| Does this mean OData can get automatically refreshed in real time when the source data changes? | No, this means the OData service can load the data that changed vs all the data |

| This additional OData feature improves the PBI reports performance? Is this something you recommend we apply? | Absolutely, since it loads only the changed data, there will be less data going through the pipeline. |

| When can we expect to be able to update User ID's in directly in PV Admin? |
Planview Admin has a “Username” field available today. Choosing this field will allow your organization to begin logging with username rather than email address for Password and SSO authentication. There is also an option to import all your current user ID values from Portfolios to the username, additionally, you can update it manually, through file import, or using APIs. In the coming months the Portfolios user profile will begin to show a new field named “Planview Admin User ID” so you can see the Planview Admin value along with your Portfolios information. |
| To Confirm/clarify regarding logbook, there will be a logbook view in a Work Portfolios? | Correct. Apart from Loogbook tab, users will be able to see Total Log Counts by Log Type in Portfolios views via column-set. for example, If you have 5 log types in your system, you should be able to see them in Coumn-set options and add them to your Portfolios views. This feature allows users to contextually see total log entires by types on their respective project line items. |
| How would the Smartsheet import into ProjectPlace work if you are connected to Portfolios? | The Import utility allows Smartsheets projects imported only into ProjectPlace. Currently it does not allow projects being synced to Portfolios. But your Portfolios plans and Smartsheet projects can live in ProjectPlace in different workspaces :) Happy to connect with you over a call and talk more about this. |

I want to know is when the Timesheet Approval widget is based on Work portfolio. | We don't have that on the roadmap right now, but I'd encourage you to add this to the IdeaPlace campaign related to Planview.Me (if it's already in a campaign please let me know the ID and I'll grab it) |
| What happens when an idea is not selected or approved to be worked upon? |
Today, the ideas stay in the workflows at the previous stage in Labs 2.0. Coming up soon are the workflows in H2 where ideas can be selected/rejected/closed. |
| Is there any plan to launch Anvi in Planview Enterprise Architecture? | Yes, we are actively working on Anvi in EA. Exciting announcements coming up soon. |
| Thanks Jonathan. Is the new "Planview Admin User ID" different from "User ID" in Portfolios? And will we be able to update directly in Portfolios or PV Admin? | Organizations connected to Planview Admin are no longer able to update the UserID field. This change happened in the November 2025 release. You can view more details in the portfolios release notes. |
| Is the Admin APIs support PPM Pro also? Or is this only supporting Portfolios? |
These APIs are specifically for user management in Planview Admin. You can now programmatically manage users by creating, editing, and deleting them, as well as viewing configurations and accessing security and audit information. Right now, the APIs support user provisioning for Roadmaps and Planview.Me only. Other products, including PPM Pro, still manage users within their own applications, so they cannot be provisioned through Planview Admin at this time. |
