| Isn't there use cases where teams may be defined by the resource manager him/herself? Currently we have request for team managers to create their own resources, I belive we will get the same requests when moving on to teams based planning. | Good question and we'll be able to - ideally - able to control team membership creation/edits via permissions to allow those team managers to own that activity. |
| Hello will you add audit and logging to date fields? | Our intention is to eventually do this, yes |
| Can you confirm when the schedule/financial plan auditing will make it to gernal release? | Currently we're in some POC stages with specific customers testing out the end to end design so a GA date is not known but we're moving fairly quick on those POC activities. More on this when we know more. |

| Do you have a way to capture Portfolio Level risks in Logbook? Where risks sit outside of a programme or project, and are risks to the overall portfolio? | Yes, it is possible to capture Portfolio level risks in Logbook |
| Will the SharePoint Integration be coming to Portfolios? | As of now this is an integration that we'll look to mainly leverage in ProjectPlace with no plans of now to expand in to Portfolios - that said connecting work from Portfolios to ProjectPlace can allow the doc management function to be fulfilled in ProjectPlace while maintaining that connected thread to Portfolios. Just a thought. |

| Is the bulk import facility for Logbook still coming? We are keen to move to Logbook but don't have resource/desire to export/import 100s of individual logs | Yes, it is in the list of future enhancements! |
| Logbook announcement on slide 38 vs slide 51 --> I don't see the difference | You are right. Logbook is a shared service that is generally available for Porftolio and ProjectPlace. The summary in 38 reflects all capabilities available for ProjectPlace customers. 51 reflects a summary of the latest and greatest and tees up for upcoming capabilities and additional products like AgilePlace. | Building on the Logbooks Multiple Associations I'd be keen to understand how this will extend to support inter-project dependency management, creating mirrored/synced log entries across work/strategy entities. | sorry if I missed it.... for the EA Roadmap. what is the delviery schedule for some of those features. is PV Admin complete for EA? | We're actively working on enabling PV Admin integration for EA and are targeting delivery in the upcoming quarter. Roadmaps and Planview.me integrations are planned for subsequent phases; however, we’re mindful that some of these have dependencies that could impact timelines. |
