At the moment the time entry widget is targeted for 2027. If the target changes we will be communicating via the webinar.

You mentioned CR reading for Anvi. How about Logbook if that is being used for Changes and Risks?

Logbook Anvi skill is already out in Portfolios as of June 2026 release and in ProjectPlace as of May 2026.

The MCP server is how you can connect the Planview Anvi services to other AI/LLM services like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc

Yes, the production/sandbox has the same configuration so I'll make sure we get the quick start material.

Do you have any update on when Power BI will be avalible to update as we are still working on Jan 24 version.

We are currently running regression testing on January 2026 and should have an update in the next couple of webinars around a timeline for the production server update.

Could we be provided with details on the database schema impact fo the character limit extension to evaluate if this needs adjustments on our integrations?

All database limits have been extended to support 255 chars for the below items:Work Structures - Work names (PPL and Below PPL), alternate structures (standard and user-defined) Resource Structures - Resource primary structure and alternates including Resource Role, Providing Org, Location, Skill, and user-defined structures Administrative - Full Names, and Rate Set names Strategy Structures - Strategy primary structure and all alternate structures Action Items - Action names and alternate structures Outcomes - Outcome primary structure and alternate structures Requests - Request names and alternate structures.

Do you need to be on certain version in order to enable the 255 character limit? for exampe, if we are on Apr 2026 version - can we put a ticket in for it?

Minimum version to enable 255 characters in sandbox is February 2026. So with April version in your environment you can raise a case and request enablement. Thanks

Can the Character expansion be turned on only for cretain fields or arears of Portfolios. Or is this an all or nothing thing?

This will be a global setting for description fields so not something that can be targeted at certain fields.

The first version of the Plan filter will not support filtering resources but work items, as we continue enhancing the filter panel we will consider resources as well. Thanks!

How does the Automart Updates directly impact reporting using Automart as a base for Power BI reporting? Are these quaility of life fixes to bugs? Is there a list of specific bugs this update will be fixing?

How is the card inclusion activated in ProjectPlace plan?

This should already be available in your ProjectPlace environments now. Access to the view is from a small action button next to Snapshots and Months on the navbar. Two buttons - 'WBS & Cards View" and "WBS & Gantt View" side by side.

Will there be a "sandbox" for trying out platform user management?

We can provide certain ways to try it out, with a “sandbox” version of PV Admin, but we cannot split the products apart during the migration. so if you were to enable portfolios all portfolios and portfolios sandboxes migrate at the same time.

It went fast but did I see something surrounding APIs and Lifecycles?

Our immediately upcoming Lifecycle Anvi capabilities are to have information about a users' Lifecycle Approvals. In the future we'll have more related to lifecycle states and statuses.

General question - where can we share product enhancement requests for Portofolios...previously we were using IdeaPlace / Spigit?
