April 2026 Enablement Q&A

Question Answer
When will an updated version ov Power BI version be announced? We are working on the update for the PBIRS server. There are updates on timeline coming soon.
For Planview Anvi - when will we be able to get insights from Logbook rather than CRI module? We are targeting end of Q2 to have Logbook available in Anvi.
How to use Anvi in Portfolios? The first step is to reach out to our Customer Care group and request that Anvi is enabled. Because Anvi requires a subscription, try reaching out to the account team (AE, CSM) you typically work with and they can also help guide this (including the trial period before the subscription kicks in).
Will Anvi progression capability also be available in PPM Pro? There is no Progression Engine in PPM Pro. So it will not, and generally, PPM Pro Anvi skills would be announced in PPM Pro Release Webinar.
Will the A&R Sessions be recorded and available? Yes the sessions will be recorded and made available.
Will the activation of "Incremantal Loads with OData" enable users to schedule data update routines more often compared to today? Potentially yes, it depends on the data volumes and performance which is what we are trying to improve with incremental loads.
Can you please share if there any information about implementing Workflows in Logbook? Workflows/stage gating is one of top priorities for 2026 and we are targeting Q4 for first version.
Who do we reach out to in order to the get the Smartsheet import functionality in ProjectPlace? If you can drop me a note on anushka.singh@planview.com, I can enable it for you.
Does Target March for APIS mean it was already delivered? Yes, our APIs are for Create, Update, Delete users are already shipped.  Provisioning users to a product like roadmaps will be available in a week or two.  More documentation can be found here https://us.id.planview.com/public/docs/swagger-ui/index.html
Is the PV Admin API required for being able to update existing user ID's in portfolios? Planview Admin APIs will be used to update user information specifically in Planview Admin. A change made by Portfolios in fall 2025 locked the Portfolios userID field for all Planview admin connected instances of Portfolios to prevent unintended outcomes following a DBCopy. However organizations wanting to use a UserID field rather than an email for authentication purposes can do so in Planview Admin by enabling the Planview Admin Username field. We have even added a feature to sync the previous values of the Portfolios userID with the Username to simplify the process.
Where do we sign up for Office Hours? Office Hours registrations coming soon to success.planview.com/webinars
