Discuss what your OKRs are intended to measure and for what purpose. This will determine where they are created structurally and which AgilePlace board the OKR should be created on. An AgilePlace board typically represents a group, and each group has their own set of OKRs. Objectives should be ambitious, time-bound, and possible to implement in current conditions. |

Activities capture your work toward key results. In Planview AgilePlace, activities are tracked using individual cards on your regular AgilePlace board.
Connect cards on boards to key results progress by adding or connecting activities to key results.

Periodically update key results with the progress your organization makes. This contributes to the calculation of the objective’s overall performance.

As progress toward key results is made, review the overall strategic plan to ensure that your focus remains on the right initiatives and activities. Add, modify, or delete OKRs as needed, review the status of your aligned work (filtering by started/not started/finished), and continue updating key results. |
