You select TECR Types when adding or editing a TECR.
To be able to customize the TECR Type, you must have ‘Access Customizations’ User Permission.
Settings
> Customization > Environments > TECR Type
To add a TECR Type:

Sorting ‘TECR Type’ manually changes their order in the drop-down menus

Sorting by column header only changes their order on the ‘Customization’ page.
To sort alphabetically on the ‘Customization’ page by column header, click on the column header. ↑ or ↓ displays indicating the ascending or descending column sort.

Deleting a TECR Type will not delete it from the Environment records. But it will no longer be available when adding or editing an Environment.
While deleting, you can either select another item that will replace the item to be deleted or simply delete the item from the list. Replacing a TECR Type will replace it in existing records.
To delete or replace a TECR Type:

.The item is now deleted and the page navigates back to the ‘Customization’ page.
When users can add their own hex color to TECR Types, Release & Verify can get very colorful, very quickly.
To prevent users from adding their own hex color to TECR Types:
.TECR Types may have non-standard colors if users have had permission to add their own colors.
To change all non-standard colors back to the standard TECR Type colors, click Update existing CR types to match Standard Colors. Then click
. All the existing user-defined colors will be overridden and back to standard colors.

To locate the TECR Type field:
The TECR Type field is located in the TECR Details panel under the Details tab.
