New Sorting Options in My Overview

In My Overview, we have added two additional options to group the cards in the My work section:​

• Start date. 

• Dependencies.

With these options, it will be easier to identify work that might get started.

Sticky notes in Whiteboards Library

In the whiteboards, we have added a sticky note library as default within the Library pane. You can select between a couple of predefined sticky notes in different colors and easily drag them to the whiteboard where you can adjust their size and quickly start adding content. 

Detailed Information for Widgets in the Reports Page

We are providing more detailed information for the widgets Overdue activities, Overdue Milestones, Delayed cards and Card deviations. When clicking on the bars on the bar graph, a popup will appear with a list of the activities, milestones or cards that are affected. If you access to the activity, milestone or card you will be able to navigate directly to these for more details.

Share a whiteboard

The Whiteboard can be shared with other members and people outside of ProjectPlace to work together on the whiteboard. A public link needs to be generated within the whiteboard and anyone given with the link will be able to view and edit the whiteboard. The link to the whiteboard can be disabled or deleted at any time.

Enhancements to Business Units

For accounts that have enabled Business units we have done a few enhancements to this feature:

• Business units can now be selected upon creating a workspace. The business unit field can be set to be mandatory or optional, a setting done by the account administrator in the Account administration.
• In a workspace, the business unit is visible in 'About the workspace' in the Workspace Administration and can be viewed and changed by the Workspace administrator.
• We have added 'Business unit' in the ProjectPlace Power BI dataset for Workspaces Managers.
