If you or other users are not receiving expected email notifications:
Keep in mind users should only receive notifications for changes made by other users; changes to boards, cards, and/or lanes will not be sent to the user who made the change.
Check your spam/junk email folders for the missing notifications.
Have your email administrator ensure that the following domains are added to your organization's list of allowed domains:
leankitkanban.com
lkmail.us
Try unsubscribing then resubscribing to the board or lane, then have another user at your organization test by creating or moving a card on that board/in that lane.
If the issue continues to happen, please let us know by opening a support ticket and we can troubleshoot the issue. Let us know which emails are not coming through:
notifications when Users are subscribed to Cards/Boards/Lanes
notifications when Users are "@mentioned"
password reset emails
And include whether only specific boards and/or users are affected or if the problem is affecting all users and/or boards.
