Delete IM Forms

Deleting a form does not delete the data that the form captured. But the form will no longer be available for creating new data.

Delete Forms

To delete a form:

  1. Go to Settings SettingsNew.png > Customization > Initiative Management (IM).
  2. Click Form Builder.
  3. Hover your mouse cursor over the form you want to delete.
  4. Click the red delete Red-Trash-Bin-Delete-Button.pngbutton.

  5. Click Yes to confirm.
